Good people. Got the trailer unloaded in decent time even though they were short people. Always takes awhile when the whole load is stacked on the floor instead of pallets.

Really having difficulty getting the Schwan truck to deliver our order. This happened a month ago (we waited nearly 2 months for a delivery). Spent 2 hours on the phone getting things straightened out. Ordered again last week to give it another try........and just received an email that the driver won't be here (pushed the delivery out 2 more weeks). Contacted customer service - "sorry, nothing we can do"; "we'll put in a process ticket and someone will contact you in 48 hours". Contacted the local (Fremont, MI) office and was greeted with a nearly unable to understand phone recording; of course, stating that we should call the customer service number for help. We placed an order and we want it delivered in a timely manner.
