My drink was amazing but service was horrible. We went on free cup day if you ordered holiday drinks. Well we got the drinks and I asked about the cups. Well they said they were out. They had four of them just sitting on the back counter. When I asked about them the workers got crappy and said we saved these for ourselves so now we are out. It wasn’t the fact they saved them at that point. It was just how rude they were. Never had a Starbucks treat me so poorly.

Are closing times just a suggestion anymore? Very frequently Starbucks is closing earlier then the posted times. Just left at 6:30 and they were closed and cleaning up, the times listed online state 6am-7pm. Not impressed yet again.

The drinks were perfect.. the service was absolutely awful unfortunately. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, but this is the third separate occurrence where the baristas (Lexi H. and Sarah H. this time) were far more interested in chatting with each other than working. The last three times I've come here I've waited 10+ minutes for my drink (12 minutes, 18 minutes, and 17 minutes respectively). This time there were 4 others waiting for drinks as well, and an additional 2 people waiting to order, with both of the only baristas present chatting and laughing for several minutes at a time and seemingly doing nothing else.

Closes early. Arrived 5 minutes before close with 6-7 people in line. At 6:57, another barista arrives to assist. Except, plot twist, she just turned the lights off and tells the 5 remaining people in line that they're closed. When asked what time they close barista answers "this time." When asked for clarification barista repeats "this time." When shown the time, barista states they shut down all the machines and cleaned everything up. Having worked as a Starbucks barista, I was under the impression it was policy to leave at least one espresso machine going until actual close and to serve everyone who had arrived before close. But I guess I was wrong. Fortunately, Bigby is open down the road and serves during their posted hours.
