I keep getting overcharged at this store. I talked to the barista about it but she was kind of rude about answering my questions. I read the company policy on charging extra for light ice & there is NONE.

I always enjoy a Starbucks drink. Starbucks is prompt and always delivers quality drinks for the price.The employees are always nice and make my drink just right!
Girls were standing around talking with a friend so I had to wait and then when I got service she acted like she was doing me a favor and interrupted her her day. After all this and paying almost 6 bucks for a grande only to get a half a cupful. Very aggravating to see when there are people who actually would like a job and would be happy to do it!

The service was fast. However, I found some of the staff to be very rude and unprofessional. Once I received my drink I started to walk away and I accidentally spilt a little on my shirt. So I went back to grab a napkin and overheard them making fun of me for spilling on myself...... I for one can take a joke. But they were simply just being mean. And the comment was not intended to be funny. Disappointed with this Starbucks location.
