just ordered a footlong philly on flat bread, onions green pepper mayo american cheese cucumber. some part of it was rotten. first time rotten sub from fremont subway.

Took a solid 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged i was there, being the only customer in the building at the time. Lady behind the counter was doing online orders but could have at least said hello.

Found little white hairs on my sandwich half way through eating it! One of the workers pretended like she couldn’t see the hair when I drove back and showed her. The male worker stated he could see the hair and even picked one off the sandwich! Disgusting!

Not a huge fan of the staff asking if you'd like to leave a tip prior to making your sandwich.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. The guy working tonight was extremely rude. If you can’t handle a few customers inside the store and the drive through then you are working at the wrong job! Also don’t keep the drive through open (add a sign if you can’t service people at the drive through instead of being rude and giving good customers an attitude) it’s not the customers fault that you are short staffed.

Everytime I go to this store somthing on my order is wrong. Once again I decide to try it and i pick up my order to take to work open it up and the bread was wrong. I tried calling to ask and the mail box is full can not even leave a message horrible business.
