Fast food should not be called fast food when I have to wait 10 minutes for them to finish one taco any drink on a slow day. Telling me it’s gonna be right out and then it isn’t. It’s very annoying.

We live 15 miles outside town, so getting fast food is a real treat....unless they screw up, which is usual. Specifically ordered four bean burritos NO ONIONS. Confirmed twice. It's even on the receipt, so I thought the order would be correct. Not only were the flour tortillas stale and crumbly, but the burritos were almost more onion than bean. What a waste. No, I will not be driving back into town and wasting my time and gas to fix their mistakes.

Seems like every time I go here they mess up my order. Rather it be drive thru in person or over app, it never fails. I’d understand if someone heard wrong but dude I ordered from the app….. it writes it all out for you and you guys still get it wrong

Doors were locked well before closing time and i had a mobile order. I walked there and they would not let me in to get my order. They said drive through only. They wanted me to walk through the drive through with my young child. What kind of BS is that. The manager should be fired for running a place like that. I want my money back for the food I did not receive.

This girl with short dark hair, glasses, and a few piercings, is so casually and emotionally talking about inappropriate personal life issues behind the counter area and it's all you can hear while dining in. She has no regard for customers hearing. Very inappropriate and unpleasant during the entire time I was trying to eat. She speaks vulgarly and disrespectfully about her issues. This is a Saturday at lunch time. April 5 2025 Honestly annoying and I'm judging the morals here

The new guy I was told as his female team member stopped to thank me for my patience (because I had already been standing waiting in an empty dining area for my order for awhile). She explained he was new and working on my order after she moved it from the working line to his half stocked line on her way out to have a smoke/vape (Yes I saw). None of the above would have bothered me until I saw that. After he found the stuff he needed for the line my food turned out great! Thanks man. Very poor customer service and team work.
