Every single time I come to this tacobell and get any sort of hard shell taco, it’s like they grab the taco, squeeze the taco as hard as they can, and then put it in the bag. I understand that hardshell tacos break easy…but I shouldn’t have to eat my taco with a fork every single time.

There was cross contamination in my Nachos Fries. A piece of rotting chicken in my nacho fries. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with beef and got some type of mystery meat.

I go to many taco bell locations and this one has to be the worst. I've tried the burritos here and they hardly put anything in them. It is mostly tortilla. I tried there crunchwrap today and wow it was just a little bit thicker than a piece of paper. Once again it was mostly tortilla. I could understand to a point if taco bell corporate decided to shrink the contents inside but I believe that it's just that this location has no idea on how to make there products. Other locations that I have been to know what there doing and make my stuff right.

Fast food should not be called fast food when I have to wait 10 minutes for them to finish one taco any drink on a slow day. Telling me it’s gonna be right out and then it isn’t. It’s very annoying.

This Taco Bell hits the spot most of the time—great flavors, fast service, and solid value. Every now and then, you might wonder where the meat went, but overall it’s still a dependable and tasty go-to! 🌮🔥
We live 15 miles outside town, so getting fast food is a real treat....unless they screw up, which is usual. Specifically ordered four bean burritos NO ONIONS. Confirmed twice. It's even on the receipt, so I thought the order would be correct. Not only were the flour tortillas stale and crumbly, but the burritos were almost more onion than bean. What a waste. No, I will not be driving back into town and wasting my time and gas to fix their mistakes.

Seems like every time I go here they mess up my order. Rather it be drive thru in person or over app, it never fails. I’d understand if someone heard wrong but dude I ordered from the app….. it writes it all out for you and you guys still get it wrong

Doors were locked well before closing time and i had a mobile order. I walked there and they would not let me in to get my order. They said drive through only. They wanted me to walk through the drive through with my young child. What kind of BS is that. The manager should be fired for running a place like that. I want my money back for the food I did not receive.
