My daughter was scheduled for an interview yesterday at 9:00 AM. I drop her off so I can run some errands. She calls me 2 minutes later and said she needed to be picked up. When I get there, she said the manager called in and didn't let the staff know there was an interview scheduled. One of the staff members said she was too busy to do an interview because she had to do inventory. How rude all around. We wasted our time and gas to come to an establishment that obviously needs more employees, and they were not at all prepared to interview someone who would show up and work. If they call her back to set up an interview, I don't mind being the one to tell them off. No way you are going to treat anyone like that.

WORST service I have ever seen. If it was possible to put 0 stars, I would. Nobody from my group got anything somewhat similar to service. After a basketball game about 10 of my teammates and our coaches went to go eat out at this location. As soon as we got off of the bus we seen one of the employees sprint to lock the doors so we couldn’t come in and eat. Some other teammates even tried to go through the drive through and the girl told us they were out of “everything”. We called and asked how late their lobby was open and they said they closed early due to lack of staff. We counted at least 4 employees and no more than 2 cars at a time in the drive through. This service was horrible, we all looked forward to getting Taco Bell only to be greeted with laziness and rude employees. It was the worst work ethic I have ever seen.

Unfortunately the order was not complete . Missing food from the bundle, also missing toppings. Food was also cold. Server at window was unfriendly.

Crunch wrap is one of the best tacobell items but this location can never execute it correctly and today was the off chance they do, but alas the toasta is stale smh

The entire restaurant was dirty, the staff was almost non existent. I had to yell into the kitchen twice because they do not staff front counter, however I don't feel like it's very hard to keep someone wiping tables and stocking the lobby with straws
