Tried the Ruben Spud and it was great. Dressing on the side for dipping. Super friendly staff!

Everything is so good here. My favorite sandwich is the white Russian. Stacked Boars head turkey with horse radish dressing and veggies.

Food is great! The menu on Google is highly inaccurate, expect the prices to be almost double compared to what googles menu says

Really neat lunch spot in downtown Fremont themed around lunch pails. Look around- you may see your old lunchbox from childhood hanging on the ceiling or on a shelf on the walls!
Deli style counter, menu is on the wall. Lots of choices here! Sandwiches made fresh, salads, soups, and sides.
Service is friendly and food is brought to your table.
Today we ordered a chipotle chicken melt and a veggie sandwich.
The melt had a little kick- just the right amount of spice, grilled to perfection and the cheese was melted proportionally.
The veggie sandwich was amazing. It had guacamole and hummus with lots of veggies. So many flavors!!!
We wanted to try the dill pasta salad but they were all out (we were there later in the day) so we got the loaded potato salad, which was okay.
You can buy cold cut meats and deli cheeses to go.
It’s a popular, busy, yummy place!

I’m giving them 3 stars simply based on the prices. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one was a sub, the other was a regular sandwich, 2 small pasta sides and 2 “kids boxes” that came with small bag of chips, cookie and a pudding cup, and my total was $49 plus tip🤯 now mind you I didn’t order chips or drinks with the regular sandwiches so imagine my surprise to see that total…

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Salad was brown soggy iceberg lettuce. Put Mayo instead of mustard on sandwiches. Size of sandwiches and lack of quality ingredients DEFFINATLY for the price. Sad. I like to support local businesses. However, this will not be one of them.

I ordered the “wicked club” and it was the best club sandwich I’ve had. Not a traditional club - much better. Spicy and flavorful. Nice staff. Great little spot.
