To the person working the second window..... in the morning with all the tattoos. Please find a different job if you're not happy working at McDonald's. I understand you probably had a late night, and you're probably not a morning person. That doesn't mean you should be rude. Customers don't need to deal with it, nor do your coworkers . Hopefully, you see this, and maybe you can work on your attitude or find a new job that doesn't deal with the public... do better

If it smells like McDonalds while you're taking a crap, something should tell you: something isn't right.
My dude at work farted and I told him "that smells like a McEgg and Cheeze so bad it's making me hungry."
I'm pretty sure you could take a bag of hamburgers and stow it away in a bomb shelter for the apocalypse and they would be just fine for decades.

Felt very rushed even though we put in a mobile order to be picked up through the drive thru, and there were only two other cars in line. I double checked I hit the “pick up in drive thru” selection and the person taking our order was still rude and didn’t want to take it? Then they kept forgetting things, first it was my drink, then napkins, and then my sister whole meal. Will not be going here ever again, unless there’s a huge staffing change.

The Fruitport (#2) and Spring Lake (#1) locations are the best two McDonald's in the area. Everything is Always fresh and hot. The employees are friendly, efficient and look clean. Never an issue

I went through drive thru at this location today 11/21/24 at approximately 4pm. The man working the register and taking orders was very polite and thorough. The female at the pick up window was needlessly and vehemently rude. I always make it a point to smile at employees, ask how’s your day going, say please, thank you, and I appreciate it. My polite and grateful demeanor was met with silence and my food getting practically thrown at me with a scowl before slamming the window closed. I really don’t complain or let these kinds of things under my skin but this was really TRULY horrible customer service. Food was very hot and fresh.
No issues at all. I just can't give a fast food where I didn't get out of the car 5 stars.

The GENTLEMAN who took our order was FANTASTIC! Taking his time to make sure everything was right! However the “manager” with blonde hair and a braid was HORRENDOUS! She talked to her own employe and use so disrespectfully. Saying she is “in a rush” while only have 2 cars in the drive through is wild. She made her own employee and us as CUSTOMERS uncomfortable and I don’t know if I can justify going back to this location based on how she alone treats people who work “for” her. I’ll be call corporate tomorrow:)
