Its an alright McDonald's, used to be better. The average employee you'll deal with is nice like at the drive through but I feel like management is just awful. Seems like it could be run better. Employees were stressed it seemed like and I guess the manager walked out for like a week and then came back?!? I don't know what's going on with management here but might be better to drive to Kalamazoo unless its after 11pm cause this is the only McDonald's open after 11pm for like 100miles.

I don't recommend this mcdonalds, I ordered 6 carmel frappes . Then they told us that they can't make them and they didn't want to give me a refund. I spent there 15 min to asked them and they ignored me.

Sitting in drive thru for over 6 minutes without getting order at least taken . Only one truck trying to order at same time . They also didn’t get their order taken promptly .

McDonald’s in Galesburg (exit 85 on I-94) Is almost always top of the line service, hot food and consistent! Highly recommend if you need your Mickey-D’s fix!

Regularly say they’re closed, I don’t know if it’s staffing or what but we have had mobile orders refused and had to go through cancelling on our own because we arrive and they say they are closed.

Went inside because the drive thou was super long, horrible decision on my part! Watched that line shrink and grow 4 times! Horrible wait time, waited over 25 minutes!! Horrible service, the guy slammed my food down like I was a nuisance!! Horrible food prep, rock hard begal and NO sauce on it!! I'm completely done with this location although the other ones aren't much better!!

Sat in the same spot for 10 minutes after ordering......... why????
I don't know if changing TP is a regular thing there, but I dropped a fat one and had to wait for 45 minutes on the porcelain throne before I conjured the idea up to waddle to the next stall hoping that nobody walked in. This horror story was right after the insane wait for a mango smoothie. This place was better when the straws were white and Jason was at the counter. RIP Jason .
