I stopped at this McDonald’s because I was very hungry from driving from far. I want to give a shout out to a young lady, Zarah. She was pleasant at the drive thru. She got my order correctly and was very respectful and kind. I wish there were more people in this world like her. Thanks for great service.

If the manager is a lady about 50-60 she's so nice our food was amazing nothing was wrong drove from portage mi just for their food.

Went to McDonalds on 12/19/25 around midnight and asked for a 10 PC chicken nugget meal made fresh. The drive thru lady said food was made to order because it was midnight. I trusted them because it took so long to get my food. I waited for my food. I left and opened the bag and the fries were soggy 2 minutes up the road. I called to complain and a lady who claimed to be night manager argued with me that they were made fresh. I have worked at McDonalds. This was terrible service. Never going back to this location. Bad food and treatment and for what they charge...yeah right

I don't get why people have problem here, each time when I come here they have what I order. Sometimes when I ask for orange juice they tell me they are out and other time they tell me some of their pop are out of order.

Stopped for a Carmel cappuccino. Would have been nice if they put some carmel or sweetener or some other taste besides cardboard! Manager was too busy on his phone to take our money or even trying to make the drink correctly! Only customers there and service still super slow! The place was also filthy! No wonder McDonalds is almost at the bottom of the fast food chain! The wife took on sip and had me throw it out!

This is honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t go often at all but every single time it’s horrible. It’s either a 20 min wait with 1 car in front of me or the staff is just rude. Mind you, I’ve been working in restaurants for 12 years and I get everyone has bad days but this has been every single experience I’ve had. Customer service makes an impact. I paid, said thank you and have a great day and they just rolled their eyes and slammed the window. When I went to get my food from the second window, again rolled their eyes and I said thank you and they just slammed the window again. If you can avoid this location I would definitely do so.

worst McDonald's in the greater Kalamazoo area. Service is horrible, the food is prepared poorly, and never made right either. biscuits aren't supposed to be crunchy, and I've received undercooked beef more than once. I hate that there are really no good options for food here outside of Pizza King

Its an alright McDonald's, used to be better. The average employee you'll deal with is nice like at the drive through but I feel like management is just awful. Seems like it could be run better. Employees were stressed it seemed like and I guess the manager walked out for like a week and then came back?!? I don't know what's going on with management here but might be better to drive to Kalamazoo unless its after 11pm cause this is the only McDonald's open after 11pm for like 100miles.

I don't recommend this mcdonalds, I ordered 6 carmel frappes . Then they told us that they can't make them and they didn't want to give me a refund. I spent there 15 min to asked them and they ignored me.
