We were on our way north and decided to stop in Galesburg and went to Pizza King. Ordered a Medium Pizza with Meatballs and Mushrooms. Pizza King is basically a take out and delivery but they had a picnic table out front. They brought out a hot and fresh pizza when it was ready. If you live in Galesburg, I hope get your Pizza from the Pizza King.
Got a pizza last night and it was ok.Canned mushrooms and the premade sausage crumbles.It wasn't terrible I would eat it again if I was in a pinch.Pizza King on portage road far superior.
This is THE spot in Galesburg. Phenomenal. Great sauce. Light crispy thin crust. They have ice cream and slurpees in the summer months. No indoor seating, so plan accordingly. Outdoor patio tables in summer. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating.
