Ordered two turkey subs, extra banana peppers, extra mustard, extra mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I got an almost dry sandwich with a total of 4 banana peppers on each sub and random onions I didn’t ask for. A literal joke

The Zastkos

I went in for two foot long subs. I was immediately greeted by a woman with a terrible attitude. She was yelling at her coworkers, telling them what they were doing wrong and barking orders at them. I asked for a double meat meatball sub on Italian, she said “so you want them both on white” and I said sure, assuming they didn’t have Italian, but I looked over her shoulder and they didn’t. She then said they didn’t have enough meatballs for a double meat, and it would be 20 minutes or I could get the regular. I told her I’d take the regular, and she huffed and rolled her eyes through making that sub. I then asked for a foot long turkey BLT. She then argued with me, loudly, in front of the whole restaurant about my order. I told her I wanted a BLT with turkey on it or a turkey sandwich with bacon on it, whatever was easier for her, as she wasn’t understanding. She laughed at me and barked at me that those weren’t sandwiches and asked “do you want more turkey or more bacon” and I said “the same amount of both” and she said they couldn’t do that, that wasn’t a sandwich they made. At this point I told her her attitude was extremely poor, I didn’t appreciate how she was treating me or her coworkers and I wouldn’t be finishing my order and walked out. It was unbelievably poor service, terrible training, huge lack of leadership for the others there and I doubt I’ll be going back. Unbelievably disappointing.

I frequent this location because I live near here and tonight might be my last time the employee working at 10:30 pm on Tues Oct 8th 2024 was absolutely rude and completely bothered by having to serve me I could tell she had an attitude the second I walked in. Hope she has a better night

I asked for only spinach and when I asked for more spinach they told me they couldn’t do it due to corporate guidelines. And my veggies I asked to be cut up they couldn’t because they arent supposed to cut them up anymore. I had to go to a grocery store for more spinach. I’m sorry but I won’t be going there anymore!!!

Made an order through the app, so it would be made by the time I get there. Just got off work at 3:00a.m. but when I get there the woman working was asleep in her car. Another customer and I had been waiting for someone for around 10 minutes by the time we noticed.

What a terrible place to eat. I remember when subway was such a decent lunch. Now it's just terrible. I can imagine people in jail eat better food. This is just completely out of hand. Management needs to step up or step out. The people making the food are all half alive and don't even talk. No decent attitude in the place. Food was gross and sloppy. Veggies were all warm and flimsy. For over a year now this subway has been BAD BAD BAD ?

I was in the other night after work and ordered my regular footlong. The employee working was friendly enough but made it very clear this was their last day working at the location due to poor leadership and management (excluding the night manager). I genuinely did not know how to react to this and at the end of the day, my sandwich was very mediocre and the ingredients did not taste very fresh. I probably will not return.
