Wouldn't remake the order I needed to pick up because they chose to give it to someone else.
The staff was rude and uninterested. Asked for onions she gave me 6 pieces. It is obvious the staff didn't want to be here

Terrible. One person in front of me and I was there for 15 minutes! Employees are super slow and have no idea what customer service is. I won't be back

8/30/25 around 11:30pm ish? Kid named Jarred, this kid was left alone with a line out the door busting his ass after MC Dâs closed down for the night after race night in our little town! He needs a raise!! He did so well handling himself and the people with compassion and respect!! You did awesome my man! Keep going and making the best for yourself!

Jarred is a hard working young man. In did a great job. His was the only worker tonight. In between the online In the rush from the racetrack. He kept a positive attitude in worked at a great pace. Keep u the amazing job.
When we got our food we were missing the extra meat we paid for. Based on policy they need management approval to remake food or give out extra toppings so Trevin called his manager to explain the situation and see what he could do to make it right. Trevin did everything he could to fix the situation and was very polite about it. The other worker, Aquan was also very polite. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to provide great service. Food was fresh and will definitely return to this location.

Detoured off the highway to treat myself. The Subway closer to my home is horrible. Staff person opened door for me (I use a cane). I decided on a foot long, half tonight & half tomorrow. Put mayo on one half, mayo in a plastic container for the other so it won't get soggy overnight. Clearly marked the two sandwich halves. Ingredients look very fresh. Great experience!
Kid was rude and Iâve never had a worse experience at any restaurant. Waited for the guy to make the order for the folks in front of us, then the worker said hang on instead of acknowledging me or talking to me at all. Then, the kid asked me to do his job. I asked him âwhich color,â to which he replied âI donât even care.â So that clearly shows that heâs committed to delivering the standard of food and service to which Subway holds themselves accountable.
Then, he further ignored me and changed out the meatballs at 1:15 in the morning. Explain to me why he needed to change the meatballs at 1:15 AM. Still didnât even get an acknowledgment from him. At that point, I said screw it, and told the kid what was up, and he argued with me. He literally argued with me. I NEVER make a scene like this, but this was literally mind blowing to me. Not only did he ignore me, ask me to do his job for him, which he clearly didnât care about, but then also prioritizing literally everything else above the customers standing directly in front of him, he argued with me.
This experience I just had at the subway in Galesburg Michigan is beyond what I can even describe. I donât think Iâve ever had a worse experience at any restaurant. Ever. I waited for the kid to finish making the order for the customers in front of us, then he said âhold onâ instead of even acknowledging me or *asking me* to wait. THEN the kid had the audacity to ask ME to hand HIM a bag of Doritos for a TO GO order HE was making for a customer that wasnât even there in front of him. After not only ignoring me and asking me to do his job for him, which he clearly didnât care about, but then also prioritizing literally everything else above the customers standing directly in front of him, he argued with me. Out loud. I am completely mind blown by this experience. And then, to top it off, thereâs no option whatsoever on Subwayâs automated phone line to talk to anyone. Youâre offered the option to leave feedback online. So hereâs my feedback, Subway. Even their prompt for employees says âplease review the online portal.â Youâre not going to let your customers speak to you, ok, but not even your own employees get to talk to a real person?! Subwayâs commitment to excellence for not only their customers, but even to their own employees, is clearly evident. And this has only been the WORST experience Iâve had at a Subway. I donât have much to say in the positive for any of my other experiences either, to be honest. Subway - train your employees to do better. Teach customer service. Teach prioritization. Treat your employees better. Clearly, the need for the ability to make a phone call is evident, and you donât even give your employees that option, apparently. At this point, I will not be returning to Subway. Jimmy Johnâs makes the food better, faster, and their employees actually provide decent customer service. This was a major embarrassment for your company.
My husband stopped and grabbed lunch on his way home from a jobsite and both of our subs were so hard it was terrible. Neither item was a toasted sandwich, I had a turkey and he had a tuna but both of our Italian herb and cheese breads were overdone and hard. Lost my appetite, I understand mistakes happen but these just taste old, not even fresh. Usually we use a different subway and have no issues.
Everyone is so friendly every time we go in the food really good
