You order at the counter. They have unique offerings you won’t find elsewhere in addition to build your own familiar sandwich. If there’s something you have your eye on for lunch, come early since they may sell out. Eg Thanksgiving sandwich The Liver Wurst We went with The Spaghetti and Karen Shoshana’s Michiana Monster. We were not disappointed. There is also a case with baked goods. We chose the cranberry muffin and it was delicious. The century old ambiance is a reminder of simpler small town times. The staff were all friendly and engaging.

I absolutely loved it here! The food is delicious and fresh! And the portions are wonderful. I got the turkey club. It was very tasty 😋 and a chai tea which was so good I almost ordered another one before we left 🤣

Simple and effective. I'm glad this restaurant is here and doing well. I enjoyed the veggie sandwich on grilled sourdough. They had some day-old pastries for half-price. The seating is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. The selection of sandwiches is wide without being excessive. I really hope this lunchroom continues to thrive! It's bringing life to the area. Came back in 2025; it's still great!
