Best Applebee's around. I am from Rockford and visit other restaurants when around here. Gaylord Applebees is always good. Go there when in town around dinner time.

the waitress had no idea of what she was doing first thing I got was a cup of coffee it's was cold then I asked for boxes for our food which was quite a bit of food she brings me 4 tiny boxes I ask for something that we can fit our food in. she said I can give out bigger boxes so I ask to speak to the manager and she came back and told me the manager is to busy to talk to me at 8 pm on a Wednesday there was me my wife and one other older couple in the hole place. the manager that worked Wednesday night dec 3rd 2025 at Gaylord Applebee's should be fired. and the waitress needs better training. I will never eat here again and I will tell everyone I meet not to eat there.

It was horrible. Not lying. At Gaylord, mi. So my mum got a salmon and cut it and she had ate some too. And it was raw in it. They only gave us a free brownie thing. And said they were gonna take the salmon price off the receipt they forgot. And they forgot to even bring it to us for ten minutes.

Maybe they were just having a bad day but when we were sat we got no silverware or anything and when our entrees came out we had no napkins or anything. And the food was not cooked right, my steak was under done and my daughters was over done. The waitress seemed to ignore us and forgot to give us things we politely asked for. We won't be going to the Gaylord location.

I just want to shout out Alex I work in the restaurant industry and never have I seen a server who is so dedicated to her job. All of my drinks were filled on time she's nice friendly and definitely knows how to surf her tables she deserves a raise immediately

Spent almost $80 and our experience was less than I would expect. Server dripped pop on my wife's chair saw it and left it. Appetizer had a random noodle on the plate! When I pointed to the server he chuckled, no apology. No manager in site the whole time. Normally at Applebee's we see them walking asking patrons if their experience was satisfactory.
