waited forever for food, and food wasn't great, pizza sticks were cold, so cheese was just a big hunk in the middle, biscuits stale and so were the pancakes. defiantly not great at all
What a wonderful Big Boy experience!! We loved everything about it!!
Ordered 2 meals and 1 bowl of soup online. My husband went to pick it up and they told him they didn’t have the soup made that day (though it was updated on their locations site that they did). Since I paid online they had no idea how to refund the money. My husband had to wait 35 mins extra so they could open the soup and make it because they couldn’t refund us.
