I was disappointed in my breakfast scramble. The hash browns were too crispy. My husband's bacon was well done. Our server was friendly and attentive. She filled our coffee cups several times. The restaurant was too open, no dividers.

My French toast was soggy...but the environment was nice. Bathroom floor tiles were broken causing water to keep up if you walked on them.

If you can still find a Big Boy out there in the world... you should go there and give it 5 stars. They just don't make restaurants like they used to, and Big Boy is a Classic.

They literally told me that they didn't have any eggs. The only eggs they had were for the following day. That's insane.

They didn't have breakfast material with a sign posted only for the weekend but it is Monday. They also had limited food items. Coffee cups and glasses are filthy and disgusting. Bathrooms are disgusting especially underneath the urinal the grout was covered in fermented urine puddles. There was grime and gunk randomly on booths and tables. Staff was nice enough. We asked to cancel our orders due to issues and they liquidated our bill for the drink and all items.
Not sure what the issue is with everything but upper management or the owners needs to visit and go over everything in detail with staff for a couple weeks to straighten everything out and clean the place up and get it organized.
Thank you.

Last week I ordered hash browns that were not done, soggy and not at all warm. I told my waitress I didn't want them, which apparently she didn't like.
Today, after asking for a different waitress, I explained about the last time and she said she would ask the cook to make them crispy.
Well, apparently the cook can't read, because he overcooked the sausage in my omelet, while the hash browns were not cooked.
Also, they don't appear to butter their toast so I asked for butter, getting 3 for 4 pieces of toast.
Only had grape jelly as well.

My girlfriend already doesn't care for big boy, so after she took me to Bob Evans last night, I guess I'm going there from now on.

While in Michigan for our daughters wedding we made a point at eating at a Big Boy - it was our first time - it was clean and we got the Big Boy which is kinda like a gourmet Big Mac and we loved it! The fries were delicious! Overall we loved our visit just wish they had tshirts for sale!

Not bad! Doesn't taste anything like the old school Big Boy back in the day, but it filled a void.

The service is awsome but they need a cook, I asked for my hash browns to be cooked a bit more because they looked raw and what I got back was even worse
