Arrived at Bob Evans one person waiting to check out , I had to wait ten minutes to get seated the only person in line all the waitresses were standing in the back , I ordered steak tips no sautéed onion ,potatoes, eggs.Steak was sautéed not cooked correctly I wanted topped with green onions, rye toast was dripping with butter gross , one egg was snotty,first cup of coffee was cold. I had then ordered apple pie alamode flaky crust no it was not the apples were not even done.Everything was bad except the white glass of milk.My waitress was polite but slow had to wait ten minutes before the order was taken.

Was in town visiting. Stopped in to have a bite to eat, was informed that they won't be serving us coffee or tea because they dumped it and they would be closing at 9. I informed that it wasn't 9 o'clock yet, it was actually 8:30. I'm a tea drinker and my husband drinks several cups of coffee with his meal. Coffee isn't that expensive to make, nor doesn't take much effort, I can see why we were the only customers attempting to dine in this restaurant. We walked out and enjoyed the rest of the evening and our meal with tea and coffee at Big Boys.

New menu pictures are not what you get. Ordered steak tips. Looked microwaved small scoop with small scoop of potatoes. Plate had a small scoop of brown & white on a huge plate. Not what was pictured. Sizes of portions are smaller. My usual order has name change so I had to ask to make sure it was what I wanted. My son had a breakfast sandwich size of a burger, in middle of plate that made sandwich appear tiny. Ask before you order.

We needed lunch on our way home from the Soo, and Bob Evans is one is our favorites. This one doesn't disappoint! It's quite spacious, more seating than we usually see. The restaurant is clean.Our waitress was quick and efficient, friendly. The food was excellent.It was easy to get to from the expressway.

Went for lunch with two associates. Got the Hot Cakes with a side of bacon. Was delicious. I'd go again if given the chance. Allowed 1 hour for lunch. Ordered, ate, and paid in 45 minutes. Not bad for a sit-down meal at lunch time.
