Put a mobile order in, in the mobile order I had 2 kids meals, with a toy selected for both, when we got the order they put a cookie in the kids meals instead, when I walked back in to get it fixed, I was told I had to walk BACK out to my car, grab the cookies and bring them in to get them swapped. So they messed up part of my order, and then wanted to waste more of my time for them to fix it. Not very good service, there was also a pretty big spider chilling by the door going...
Thank you for always being polite and making my food with care. I had a bad day and after getting my food I reflected on the fact that this is the only fast food location in Gaylord that's never messed up my meal and never had a bad attitude. I've been stopping at this location every year on my way to the U.P. as a child and it's always been pleasant. Now I live near by and the only thing that's changed is the building. Keep up the good work.
I have issues with their customer service. One time I got there around 6 am (when they open) and had to drive around and honk multiple times while they ignored me only to finally come on the speaker to say they're closed bc of their fryers. Ok fine but let someone know. Make a sign, come on the speaker when I first pull up. Don't straight look at me and ignore me. Then I give them another chance (not much is open at this time) they get my order wrong then very passive...
