“Company bought us lunch from here and I was the one who got to pick it up. I could hear a little frustration in the kitchen. But I immediately heard the kindness and understanding of the manager handling it like the fantastic boss she is. She handles and trains new employees so well. I have been a business manager and hotel GM. She is what I look for when I hire. You do whatever you have to to keep that woman there and putting that much heart into her job.“
