I feel like this location is setup as a tax-dodge to show an overall loss on the company’s books. Either that or a weird social experiment thats being filmed to put on Netflix or Hulu. Out of everything, lazy staff, dirty lobby/dining area/restroom. It is appalling that they are still open considering the age of some of these reviews.

Place was dirty. Went to order and said they only advertise it not sell. The ice cream toppings were stale, fruit was sour. They don’t clean up the cold stone in between orders. Very slow. A girl ordered peanut butter ice cream then someone after order different the never cleaned in between.

This place sucks. Everything broken. Out of ice cream. They don’t take gift cards. We will not return. Spent $50 on gift cards and can’t even use them.

This location needs HELP. The girls working informed us they were out of nearly every ice cream flavor, plus many ingredients for other menu options. They said the company never puts the Cold stone order on the truck, only the orders for Tim Hortons. I got a waffle cone and it was stale. Aside from that this place was TRASHED. To the point we lost our appetites. There were crumbs absolutely everywhere, covering every surface in the place, including the floor! There were flies landing on everything. Disgusting. If you don't care to fix up this location and get it in running order, close it down!

The last few times I have been there have been disappointing at best. Was served a dish of half melted slop the last time.
Ice cream was great! The workers did the best they could. They were understaffed, and they were out of stock on a lot of items. They two lady's did the best they could to still deliver a tasty frozen treat

Would give zero stars if I could. Its become comical at the point how bad it is. I've tried to go there 10+ times and I've still never been able to order ice cream so I can't even speak to the quality. They normally tell me they cant serve ice cream or are somehow out of ice cream. I normally try the drive thru but I went inside for the first time and I was appalled. The inside is disgusting and dirty. I've learned my lesson and I won't go back again. Just do yourself a favor and go to dairy queen down the road.

I only gave them one star because I couldn't give 0...the ice cream was runny, way to sugary tasted like diabetes in a bite, cookie dough pieces tasted like cardboard and wet DOG, we were given cake batter and not what we asked for, employee was literally SLEEPING when we walked in, the place looked like a zoo
