What a fun donut shop! I’m no donut connoisseur, but there was quite the selection & the donut man was very kind in explaining the types, his favorites, & why! It’s easily accessible & afforable!

Good doughnuts, good solution, some unusual ones. When I was there they had a problem and could only exact cash.

Always friendly and just the place to stop for doughnuts before our drive home from visiting family. Don’t forget to look for the day olds for the best deal!

After standing in line for nearly 10 minutes, I ordered a large coffee and plain donut. I wanted a coffee with milk but they only serve black coffee as creamers are provided on a counter in a small corner of the store, those tiny creamers you peel the top off. No milk unless you want to purchase a small bottle of milk separately. The counter where you add your cream should be to the left of where you receive the coffee because you must cut through a line of customers to get to it, then it is crowded by some tables and chairs. It just made for more disorder. The place is roomy enough it could be set up more intelligently for crowds and better flow of traffic which would improve ratings, sales, and customer satisfaction. Workers were AMAZING, there were two alone on one register dealing with crowds. Coffee was good, not excellent, but decent. Used my own cream I had in a cooler in our car. Plain donut was just how I liked, moist and fluffy inside, crispy outside. Won't return because of no milk and trouble with customer traffic flow, also we were hoping for a jail cell for photos, but didn't see that. This place has potential for all excellent reviews by just changing a few things.

Poor service led me to see a sign that said “card tips are shared with the Clare store.” That should be illegal if it isn’t! No wonder your employees are unhappy & ignore customers. Lost all respect for this place! Won’t be stopping to either location again. Also, I’m the person your parking lot sign fell & scratched my truck a few winters ago! Be glad I was kind then. If I knew your cc/tip policy then I would have went a different route. That’s greedy, unfair, & makes no sense. Get a better accountant. Work on customer service.

First time stopping in after years of it being open. It seemed a bit more pricey than I remember a dozen donuts being. The staff was friendly and the food was great. There was also a huge variety to chose from.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair accessible and handicap parking.

Very large assortment of doughnuts, sweet rolls, cookies, etc. The doughnuts were tasty but not made fresh that morning. Unsure exactly where they are actually baked/fried.

Where friends meet for great donuts and coffee every morning! I am a late sleeper so I don't go there as often I would like to!
The employees are great and fit in with everyone from Police, Police retirees, Firemen, EMS, Contractors and purple pooper pumpers. You never know who will sit down at the back congretation table to meet or make new friends!

I visited this donut shop recently, and although my order was initially wrong, they quickly corrected it and gave me the right donut without any hassle. I went later in the morning, and while the service was efficient, the workers didn’t seem very happy to be there, which dampened the atmosphere a bit. I understand there was a line out the door the entire time I was there, but the employees were lacking in customer service. That said, they had a great variety of donuts and sweet treats, plus plenty of merchandise for sale.
