Got a dozen for the crew while I was in town. Fun local joint with the regulars holding the place down. Had a large selection of shirts and donuts. Good variety and had a decent day old section too.

This is our best donut find, so far, for Northern Michigan. Unlike Tim's around the corner, they use a good amount of filling on their lunch sticks and eclairs. They have a pretty decent variety of doughnuts in addition to other guilty pleasures like breads and cookies. Buy everything fresh made today or off the day-old rack. You can also fill out an order form and return another time. The prices are in line and the people are friendly. The shoppe isn't very big but I've never seen a large crowd. It's a must stop when we're down here. 01/24

We saw a billboard while we were traveling and decided to stop. Great donuts, delicious and large donuts!?
Not many choices up here for doughnuts, so was excited to see that there was at least a place nearby that had some. Unfortunately, they are mediocre at best. Doughnuts are very dense, not a lot of options. Surprisingly, doughnut holes are only available once a week and are over $4 for a dozen. "Back home", there are 100s of independent shops holes available at all tines, perhaps for $1.50.
