Friendly and fast service every time at the Gaylord location. We drove up from Houghton Lake just to eat here. The food is always fantastic also.

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. My girl has a very strict diet, crohns and food allergies. They made her feel very comfortable and cared about. They prepared her food separately. It was just a wonderful place to eat

Best chain restaurant burger. Pricey but always done to perfection.
Logan was an excellent server. He guided us thru the menu and recommended items that would benefit our family of five. My son lit up when he called him 'boss'. The burgers were 10/10. Clean restruant and the milk shakes were a great ending to a fabulas family night out.
