Since we live south of Traverse City we aren’t able to get there as often as we would like. Most times that we have headed to Gaylord it is to specifically to eat at Gobblers. The turkey dinner is not to be beat.

We had the Turkey Wet Burrito and homemade carrot cake. Best burrito I’ve ever had! And the carrot cake was out of this world! The restaurant is clean, and there is quick and friendly service here. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great place with friendly staff and awesome old memobila items. The food is good, I get the hot turkey sandwich which comes with real potatoes with skins on and gravy. They have 2 locations one off of the highway and one in town.

We had the Turkey dinner. It was just like homemade, only better because I didn't cook it. The place was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and fast. Our waitress offered us Carrot Cake, and we tried it. It was delicious. The slice was generous, glad we shared. I would eat here again.

Had to wait about 10 minutes or so, not bad. Great staff. Had turkey dinner which was so good. They serve burgers and all too. Still had Christmas decor up, which was very pretty. They have cookies to buy & take home or eat at your table.?

Thank you Gobblers for your Hen turkey meal to go for Thanksgiving. It was awesome as usual and the easiest holiday meal I have ever had once I usually have to cook. And bonus: no clean up!

Flew into the Gaylord airport and was looking for a good meal on a Sunday evening. We found Gobblers and glad we did. Had the Turkey dinner with a side Bacon Cheeseburger. My coworker had the hot wings. Turkey was fantastic, very moist. The potatoes were great and gravy was delicious. Burger was awesome and prepared exactly how I like it. My buddy was impressed with the wings. Even better than the food was the amazing customer service. We had Brenna as our waitress and she was stellar, but I’m sure everyone working there are great people. Come out and support your local businesses. I highly recommend this place.

The best turkey dinner’s anywhere! We come to Michigan from Kansas a couple times a year,and always stop at gobblers twice… see you at the end of June. Best service and best food.Went back again and it was still the best and the staff was superb.

Nice place to eat. Servers were very nice but didn't appreciate being sat next to a table that brought their dogs into the restaurant. They fed them when servers were out of sight. I support anyone who needs a service/companion animal. That's what they are trained for and they are to aid the person not be treated like babies in a stroller. If your pets can't be left for a few hours while you go out to eat maybe you should consider take out. There are health codes that need to be followed to ensure health and safety of everyone. What if someone at my table had allergies to dogs? We were not told they were seated near us. I've worked in food service and am aware of guidelines that need to be followed by owners and patrons. Have some consideration for others when you decide to take your pet out. I am a pet owner and don't expect others to feel the same way about my pet as I do. I love him and spend time with him in our own environment.
Excellent homestyle food and service. Great on a chilly night. We’ll be back when we pass through Gaylord.

Sorry I waited 6 months after moving here to try this place! Awesome dinner! Didn’t see anything on menu that didn’t look good! Very nice waitress too. Here is a photo of the “Hen Plate” with potatoes, stuffing, biscuit, green beans and cranberry sauce!
