Company bought us lunch from here and I was the one who got to pick it up. I could hear a little frustration in the kitchen. But I immediately heard the kindness and understanding of the manager handling it like the fantastic boss she is. She handles and trains new employees so well. I have been a business manager and hotel GM. She is what I look for when I hire. You do whatever you have to to keep that woman there and putting that much heart into her job.

the pizza is absolutely horrendous and the environment of the place is terrible! you’ll never see the manager anywhere, maybe if the manager takes all these reviews into account and start doing something then maybe the pizzas and the environment would be a bit better and enjoyable! as for the pizzas they serve, well it seems like the cheese they add is pretty weird but if you wouldn’t mind eating a pizza with weird cheese and a place without a manager then this is the right place for you, maybe that also explains the long wait time because the manager is just never there to attend to things.

We very Seldom right bad reviews 95% of our reviews are all positive, We normally order from Little Caesars in Cape Coral, Florida, been ordering there for years the pizza there is great.
But we must say that the Little Ceasars pizza here in Gaylord Michigan Is absolutely terrible. The crust was paper thin when you’re picking it up to eat it you couldn’t eat it unless you had a fork it would fall right on your plate. The Help is poorly trained. You wouldn’t even think it’s from the same Franchise outfit.
We will not be ordering Little Ceasars in Gaylord Michigan. Absolutely terrible it’s not even the same pizza…

It's been 15 years since I used to drive through for a quick meal for the kids. 3 meat was our favorite. Surprised there prices have not changed very much for families to afford. I don't remember however how greasy it was. I think I'm good for another 15 years. 😆

Pre ordered, waited an hour and 20 minutes. They forgot about my order. Had to get a refund. They were so good before. What happened?

I went inside to get a hot and ready pizza for a quick dinner. Not so quick at all. 15 minutes inside , no one working counter everyone focused solely on drive thru. I left and went to pizza hut where I can get service !
