The restaurant has a buffet but with employees getting what you select. IMHO they are doing the best they can under harsh restrictions. All the employees we encountered were very nice and friendly. However the food was mediocre, but again I believe they are doing the best they can. So if you want to sit-down and eat, this is an option.
Eating at a buffet has always been a great experience, recently the pandemic hit everyone hard like a freight train with a Lamborghini engine. Despite the pandemic, they kept the buffet portion open, so I took the risk. I have not seen a safer setup in a restaurant than in this one. They had glass you stand in front of listing the items, and a worker gets your plate for you, so that customers don't have to touch the food increasing risk, this alone was worth a 4 and a half,...
The staff was great! They all had smiles and were all about customer service for sure. The food lacked life if you will. The place was basically clean but the bathrooms needed a bit of maintenance and upkeep and a good cleaning. I do have to say that the soda was really good! Perfect carbonation and it was perfectly cold.
