Excessive salt on the fries AND THE MOZZARELLA STICKS!! Never knew they put any salt on those things, but it didn't help the flavor

Came in Saturday for a dinner date with my fiancé. He had the Cajun steak and salad bar and I had the bacon steak and salad bar. Omg! Our food was EXCELLENT! Steaks were cooked perfectly and the salad bar was fresh with lots of fresh ingredients. Our server Jim was outstanding. He recommended the Cajun steak and we were not disappointed. He was friendly, and very attentive. Two days later and we’re STILL talking about how good it was!

Great food and great service. The bartender Lauren was great, and the tall host was super friendly as well. The manager (I think his name was Jon) came over and told me all the fun stuff to do while I am in town, and gave me and my family some great ideas to do while visiting. Make sure you stop in while in Gaylord, you will be glad you did! By far the vest restaurant I ate at while in town!

The best part of this place is the salad bar, the food is not very good. If a restaurant has to put out coupons. That should tell you everything you need to know

I ordered the hickory bourbon pork chop. It smelled amazing when it was served to me. I cut into it only to discover it was 2 thin pork chops pressed together to look like the nice thick pork chop it was supposed to be. The manager never came to the table to apologize nor did they comp anything on our bill not even my glass of wine. I got another chop but my husband was already done eating. Wasn't a great experience.

Came to the area to visit family and this was THE WORST experience I've had at a restaurant. I'm a pretty understanding person given I've worked in almost every position in the service industry. I know things happen, things get backed up (which the manager so KINDLY and REPEATEDLY told us) but this was unbelievable. We waited two hours after we ordered. Multiple food orders were cooked wrong, and what food that wasn't cooked wrong came out cold. The bartender was taking care of way to many people and those people around us were visibly frustrated. The manager Colleen, was very cold and seemed irritated that she had to come out and speak with us. She did offer to recook the food. The bartender who was "taking care of us" had no idea anything had happened. Zero communication. The manager dropped off the food, gave us a new check, and then walked away. No "Sorry for the trouble" or "Have a nice day." Needless to say, I hope this gives people a big enough warning to avoid this place at all cost.
