Horrible service. They didn't give me what I ordered. Idc if it was late They should make me what I ask for if they have the ingredients (I checked beforehand to see if they had the ingredients and they did). I'm very upset. I really liked going to this starbucks but I don't think I'll be returning.

I ordered a drink and they said they already had something just like it and gave me what was on the menu which was not what I ordered. They already had it made so they gave me a refresher that had been sitting there for awhile. It's was already half melted.

I ordered 5 drinks and the employees were fine with it but later on when I went to go ask for a cup of water an employee by the name of belle rudely acknowledged me and said “what else do you want” in the rudest way possible. She continued to have attitude when I went back with one of my drinks that had spoiled milk in it and kept murmuring something under her breath to another employee. Do not go here if you see belle!!
