Employees shouldn't take up seating for customers while they perform work, considering that there is an office. Also, I will never tip here for making a sandwich while making regular wages.

I stood there waiting at the order sign. 2 ladies looked at me and kept walking. They went down by a third lady who was helping a customer and stood there talking. One finally came back and put gloves on but while she was putting them on she went back to visit with the other two ladies. After 4 minutes of standing there without being waited on while they visited I just left. I was trying to order 20 subs for out team but I ended up going to Jimmie Johns. Very disappointed with the service at the Wal Mart location. I doubt I'll go there again.

Finally, a Subway where they smile and can build a great sandwich! The food is fresh and the buns are not stale or crushed. This has become my favorite Subway ! Great job Walmart Subway!

I received food poisoning last night from something on a footlong sub, we took our subs to go , to eat in our room at the best Western. Several hrs after eating my sub I have severe stomach pain slept very poorly because of the pain I was in . Over 24hrs later I'm still in pain

I came in tonight to do my shopping for the week. (Gaylord, Walmart location) I haven’t been feeling well so I wanted something easy, then I saw Subway 🤩 I was immediately greeted by 3! Employees. All willing and eager to take my order. The gentleman started my yummy Italian BMT. Then the cheerful young lady finished it with all the veggies (I get everything except spinach) all three employees were kind helpful and I enjoyed my sandwich after I got home.

I will never be back to this location! The girl Shelby that was working was doing nothing but swearing, complaining, and trash talking her co workers, loud enough for customers to hear. She is the most bitter, rude, condescending, person I've ever seen working a customer service position. 0 stars if I could!

Yesterday my friend Victoria and I wanted to go hangout so we decided on going shopping at Walmart and other stores near Walmart. It was a bad decision because it was 85 degrees outside. We were walking around outside for a little while going to the stores nearby. We finally went to Walmart we went shopping there for a while. We both been wanting to try the 5 dollar cookie so that’s what I bought for us. She wanted to try the pretzel so she went back up to the counter to buy us a pretzel. There was 2 workers, there was a male and a female. The man was very nice but the female was very rude. Her name was Shelby. My friend went up to buy a pretzel and Victoria didn’t even get to order what she wanted yet and Shelby said “I’m not doing this you’re not getting a water cup.” Victoria didn’t ask for a water cup, Victoria responded saying “I didn’t want a water cup I want a pretzel please.” Shelby just walked away and didn’t apologize or anything. I didn’t know what happened because I was still at the table. While she was still up there I walked up and asked “can I get a water cup please.” The male was in the middle of handing me the water cup and Shelby yelled at him for trying to give us one. The male apologized for not being able to give us a cup, he also had to apologize for her being rude. I told Victoria maybe she was just having a bad day. Victoria told me a story about how a similar thing happened with Victoria and her sister, Shelby wouldn’t give her sister a water cup either. We got done eating the pretzel and we were about to leave. We weren’t done shopping we wanted to go to more stores, but again it was 85 degrees outside and it was a very hot day and we were thirsty. When we were leaving I walked up to the counter and Shelby was in the middle of making a sub and completely ignored me until she was done making the sub. So I politely said “hey can I please get a water cup?” She responded in a rude tone “I’m not doing this, no you can’t.” I said, “why can’t I? It’s 85 degrees outside and we are walking around.” She said, “no you’re with her so you can’t have one.” And just walked away. Ive never been treated like that at a subway, especially over a water cup. When I go to subway and get a water cup I get water. But again the male that was working was very pleasant and nice to us and had to apologize for her actions which I do not think was fair for him to have to apologize for her. I can’t believe she acted like that over a FREE water cup.

My family and I tried to use valid coupons at this subway and were told by Whitney that the store manager dosent accept the coupons. Then when I questioned why they don’t accept their own corporate coupons at their franchise location she refused to serve me and said my bad attitude and she is refusing service. Never again visit a waltucky subway. We drive a 1/2 mile down street to another subway location and were able to use the coupons as expected and tipped both employees graciously for making our delightful sandwiches.
A good subway experience, fast and prompt service. Clean dining area, also has drive through.

The service was the Best!! The food was great... But OMG, I Never in my life paid over $60 for 3 people in my life at Subway!! We got the double meat sandwich's, but still, OMG!!! ????
