I came to get lunch which should be a quick and easy task. There was a few people infront of me. But nothing that should take forever. Our service was horrendous. The employees were Alexis and dom. Dom did a pretty good job. But, Alexis was to worried trying to get herself a cookie then she was to finish getting the line. She spent a good 5-8 minutes picking her cookie and putting it in a little baggie and eating some then she was finishing and doing her job. And then she did not put gloves on when she came to finish out our sandwiches. When she had gloves on for the couple before us, she was touching her hair and face and then using those same gloves to finish there orders. Giving a round of applause to dom. But Alexis needs some serious training.

Absolutely terrible service. The girl making my sandwich was THROWING the stuff on it, missed the bread and picked the stuff up and put it back on. Asked “what’s on this” to every sandwich and got pissy about it. No smiles, we had a coupon that was still good use and she didn’t even attempt to make it work and gave it back and said “well this isn’t working, sooooo..” will not be coming back here again if that’s how you want to talk to customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I drove out of my way this evening to get Subway. When I walked in the kid that was making sandwiches told me that he's got a really long online order. He showed me the extremely long receipt and he needed to finish preparing that first before he could help me. I explained to him that "I only have one sandwich so I would gather that the customer in front of you should your priority, right?" To which he told me he's gotten in trouble for that before and was unable to help me and I would have to wait while he stood there and made the online order. I asked where his manager was. He said they'd no one was in. It was only him. Everybody else called out and that his managers would be available tomorrow morning and I could call them then. Never again, will I go into this store!!
Ordered from app, all subs were wrong. They put the wrong toppings on the wrong subs, apparently the employees there can't

The employee with the "Ben Dover" name tag was freaking awesome. It was hilarious to look at while I watched him take 8 minutes to put together a sandwich. So unimpressive!!

Food is good. But the service is sooo SLOW. I was first in line and it took the guy over 15 mins to make my American club sandwich - which is just a normal sandwich on the menu. This guy has been there almost a year now. So he knows the food but he moves as fast as a snail. If u expect fast or at least normal speed service you have to go elsewhere.

Honestly this place is a novelty if you catch it on one of those blessed occasions where there is a cussing match or you can just see how bad a sandwich can be mis made lol. Otherwise idk it's a regular sandwich joint, and you'll probably end up with just that lol.
You could tell the guy working did not want to be there. Didn't smile or be kind whatsoever. Food was fine though.

The young lady working, should have a little more training. She started my sandwich. I move down the line. She started another person sandwich which is fine. Pulled mine out of the toaster. It’s out there and got cold because of the AC running while she continued to help other customers not in a timely manner. Put theirs in the toaster and went to start another sandwich. I asked the young lady if she could put my veggies on because my sandwiches are getting cold. She put my veggies on and then walked away. So I asked her if she could bring me up real quick, so I wasn’t sitting there waiting while she completed five other sandwiches. She then proceeded to ring me up and shoved my subs towards me in a rude manner. I was in there about 20 minutes. The issue was not her making other subs in between. It’s in a timely manner that she did it. Letting mine sit there and get cold for several minutes and then completed it and was just making me sit there and wait when she could’ve just rang me up which took one minute so the customer did not have to sit there and wait while she completed other subs. Maybe having another person with her during the day would’ve been helpful for her.

Went in today and had a sandwich made by Betty she was so happy and smiley my sandwich tasted awesome!!! Their definitely improving. Great job Betty my lunch was wonderful you rock!
Don't order online. Ordered at 3:20 for 3 items for 4:00. Got there, and it was not ready until almost 4:15... they even forgot the extra sauce on mine. This is the slowest Subway I have ever been to.
