I came through the drive thru and slide right past the pick up window due to there being lots of ice in the parking lot. No surprise…it’s winter. I backed up to the window. when the girl with glasses and a few nose rings and weird hair came to the window I said “ Hi! It’s really slippery out here, just so you know. You guys might want to throw some salt down”. The girl looked me dead in my face and said ma’am that’s not my job” ……………lol need I say more??...

Kid-friendliness: They may not have a playscape or anything but it's a nice environment and they are always so kind and patient and HELPFUL when I go in with my kids because I have my kids pay with my card so they learn and the employees ABSOLUTELY help with that every time by telling THEM the total and when to swipe, ask if THEY want the receipt, and they're just so amazing and kind with my kids and I appreciate...

It's difficult to give them a 5 for service as it doesn't allow you to rate the fact you have to order on the kiosk... Taco Bell will go down the tubes with this lack of service...
