Horrible customer service. Stood at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes, at least five people in the back so I just left, keeping my money in my pocket!

Ordered dark roast coffee. Normally the original blend is watered down. Dark roast taste like it was the wayered down blend. I took brought all 4 extra large back. They asked to re make it. I just tokd it was fine instead of getting my money back. I will call it a loss. I threw it out and will not come back no more. They sait it was dark roast. Even though the reciept saod original blend. Its watered down coffee. If the coffee is not made right normally when i come. Then its time to stay gone and not waste my money on something thats not made right. Not sure if this not being consistant with supplys from compnays they get. I know its problem with many branches. Its up to Tim Hortonts to fix the issue. It does not seem theu are doing that but being cheap and having watred down coffee some how.

Update: Decided to give them one more try. Absolutely bizarre. Ordered 2 orders of egg bites and a hashbrown. The girl who seemed completely lost in space asks if I want bacon and registered shows $12.00 when 2 orders would be 6 dollars. She starts over and puts one order and looks at me lost. Asked for second order and after 20 keystrokes she looks up at me. I asked if she had the hash brown. NOPE. Then proceeds to hand me someone else's order. Omg, this place is insane.

Breakfast sandwich bone dry. No butter on the bagel sandwich. I honestly felt like we were at one of those restaurants where the staff abuses the customers as a joke. The staff were so bad....threw our food and receipt on the counter and didn't have any manners. Won't be back.

Worst Tim Hortons we have ever been to the service was terrible ! 3 people behind counter were doing nothing except for the girl who took orders and she seemed to have no idea what she was doing. The man ahead of us clearly asked for a dozen assorted donuts. She argued with him and said he could only get 10, 20 or 30... my husband asked for three sugars, two donuts got one donut and 2 sugars and his coffee was handed to the next person in line..... why would a manager put somebody so inept at the front? the workers were talking among themselves loudly, complaining about their schedules, etc. I would complain to main Tim Hortons but apparently since it's a franchise down here it is not easy.... I am not done trying

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons with my momma for the last 10 years, and let me tell you—this place has basically fueled half my life. Their coffee? Top-tier. Starbucks might give you fancy names and charge you rent money for a latte, but Tim’s gives you the same (if not better) quality for half the price—AND they don’t spell your name like you’re a new Pokémon.

Their food hits too—breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and those Timbits? Always fresh, always clutch. The staff here have seen me go from a broke teenager to a slightly less broke adult, and they’ve never once judged how much cream and sugar I put in my cup.

Long story short: Tim Hortons > Starbucks. Always has been, always will be.

P.S. Donuts here slap too.
