you need to get heat. We tried to eat inside but had to leave. Felt sorry for the workers.

It was good, but as a Canadian I just wish it smelt like a Canadian tim Hortons... thought it would bring me back, when I went there. But overall pretty good.

Ordered a Mocha… had no sugar in it at all. All 3 of my daughter’s food was made with wrong ingredients. The staff is struggling from what I was informed, management is struggling the service just does not exist. I no longer go to the stores. I just buy my grounds from Meijer and brew Tim Hortons at home… I’ve lost all faith beyond that. If you don’t care to manage the store and staff properly to provide advertised and paid for service with an established pattern of behavior then close it down before you cause an issue.

Visiting from Florida, and was told great things about Tim Hortons, to my surprise the staff was incredibly rude and downright nasty to us ! They automatically put our drinks as large , we asked for medium and we were using a reward we got in the app upon downloading! Excited to get our coffee and sandwiches, I informed the lady I have never been there before, the person working drive through as well as several other staff members , were extremely rude to us because they made a mistake. I will absolutely not return or recommend this location to anyone! Food was nasty and our drinks were wrong! Horrible experience!!!

Gave service a 3 star because when I went in it seemed like only 2 staff were there and the 1 younger girl was working her tail off running around like a chicken with her head cut off to make everything happen, she was fantastic, I would give her a billion stars if possible. The older girl was !OBVIOUSLY! more worried about her boyfriend and getting him what he wanted, I sat there and waited on her to be done coddling him for a few minutes, getting mad at her for her coworker. Personally, I hope she's not your manager because if that's the case, lose her and give the young lady a well-deserved promotion.

Asked for 2 cheese bagels received two burnt plain bagels off the panini press, one bagel had a piece of burnt metal in the cream cheese that I bit into. Disgusting. Very poor service.

I do like the service there they are good to use but there is on person that should not be working there.every time I order a extra large 5x5 with vanilla I don't get it I get a black coffee or a creamer no vanilla no sugar that I'm paying for she should be let go from employment it that tim Hortons she can never do anything right or get what you paid for I can't remember her name but I can say she is a shorter woman with glasses and a tattoo on on her right forearm she is always disrespectful and gives you what she wants to give you not what you paid for everyone else there can make coffee perfect she is the only one that can't do her job at all again she should be fired.....
I recently visited Tim Hortons and found the parking situation frustrating, as the drive-through line made it difficult to navigate. Upon entering, I noticed that my shoes stuck to the floor immediately. Although there was a wet floor sign, the issue seemed to be more about stickiness than anything wet. This problem extended even to the bathroom, where the floor was also sticky. The ordering process was confusing, with no clear indication of who had paid and who was still waiting. The employees appeared frazzled and overwhelmed, scrambling to manage the crowd. Overall, the experience was disorganized and could use some improvements.

Came in on a road trip going up north. The dining area was trashed. Absolutely disgusting- not a table to sit at without stuff to get on your sleeves and I was with my 5 year old. Oh well- just order and leave. Nope. While I DID get to order, some off duty employee and her family came in behind the counter to the food area and helped themselves to everything in the hot helds and talked loudly about collecting their 1.50 tips and continued to eat and cough as did their kid and then left. All the while my food hadn’t been even considered yet. I was so grossed out by the whole thing I threw my sandwich away after we pulled out. I should have call the health dept it was SO SO bad

I love Tim Hortons and will continue to visit this location. I am normally against expressing my opinion on business pages for less than a five star review.. Most of these employees here do a great job, With the exception of one that seem to express their frustration loosely. With that being said, the higher-ups at Tim Hortons really need to work on the organization and the efficiency of their system for orders. Me being in a hurry, I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time from my phone, and I arrive with no food ready or being made. Then I was told I need to let them know once I ordered from mobile. Once I showed up and made The Team aware that I did order online, it was pretty obvious that it is A permanent glitch in their system that does not allow the workers to see when a mobile order comes through without them having to dig for it in the computer.

I do recommend this place the coffee is only good when the one lady that's short with glasses and a tattoo on her right forearm she should be fired. when I pay for a extra large 5x5 with vanilla I expect a extra large 5x5 with vanilla not a black or a tea spoon of creamer no sugar and no vanilla she has been there long enough to know how to do it everyone else there makes coffee perfect that one lady can't do anything right at all again I thing she should be fired.
Stopped here on our way back home and was really surprised by staff attitudes. Staff was very unprofessional and arguing amongst themselves. After waiting in line for 10 minutes was rudely informed they could not do any espresso coffees. I have been a fan of Tim Horton for years and this is the first time being treated this way and seeing this unpleasant atmosphere. We left and got a coffee at Biggby coffee and it was very good and definitely a more pleasant experience.
