Just ordered a hot caramel latte before work. One word: NASTY!!! Was cold, tasted nothing like caramel & milk tasted rotten. I will never return here and do not recommend wasting money here!! I used to work at Tim Hortons many years ago down state and let me tell you they aren't making the drinks right.

Don't recommend getting food from here. Went through drive thru and waited 20 minutes for the order to be wrong three times. Customer service was the worst I have ever had. Tried to understand the confusion only to receive negative backlash from the staff. Understandable that mistakes happen- but the order was not read back, no receipt was given when the order was paid for and the lady passing out the orders outside had no receipts either. Orders were given to wrong people. Many customers were visibly frazzled.

Their crullers and Christmas tree donuts are very good and their croissants are amazing. I went there for donuts on a Monday evening and they said they were in the oven and would be done in half an hour. Long waits have been a problem for them. And I’m so sad the cold stone went away cuz it was the only one in northern MI. Also I thought most donuts were fried

Horrible customer service. Stood at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes, at least five people in the back so I just left, keeping my money in my pocket!
Staff is ALWAYS so kind to me and my family. Coffee is always fresh and amazing. Best coffee shop in town!!

Ordered dark roast coffee. Normally the original blend is watered down. Dark roast taste like it was the wayered down blend. I took brought all 4 extra large back. They asked to re make it. I just tokd it was fine instead of getting my money back. I will call it a loss. I threw it out and will not come back no more. They sait it was dark roast. Even though the reciept saod original blend. Its watered down coffee. If the coffee is not made right normally when i come. Then its time to stay gone and not waste my money on something thats not made right. Not sure if this not being consistant with supplys from compnays they get. I know its problem with many branches. Its up to Tim Hortonts to fix the issue. It does not seem theu are doing that but being cheap and having watred down coffee some how.

Update: Decided to give them one more try. Absolutely bizarre. Ordered 2 orders of egg bites and a hashbrown. The girl who seemed completely lost in space asks if I want bacon and registered shows $12.00 when 2 orders would be 6 dollars. She starts over and puts one order and looks at me lost. Asked for second order and after 20 keystrokes she looks up at me. I asked if she had the hash brown. NOPE. Then proceeds to hand me someone else's order. Omg, this place is insane.
Breakfast sandwich bone dry. No butter on the bagel sandwich. I honestly felt like we were at one of those restaurants where the staff abuses the customers as a joke. The staff were so bad....threw our food and receipt on the counter and didn't have any manners. Won't be back.
