Was there on new years and are bartender was hammered couldn't keep anything strait ask for card back she said give her 5min and during those 5min all she did was drnk more and forget to give us the card then when ask about it she claimed the card didn't work so we payed cash and they still charged the card it was a joke going for new years

We called at 11:00pm to ask what time they closed, they said at 2am. We showed up at midnight. Dj stoped at 1am and they kicked us out at 1:20am after serving us a drink no more than 5 mins before said time. Honestly if you’re going to pick a time to close stick to it. Or don’t serve drinks moments before kicking everyone out. Just saying.

We had a girls weekend and went in for a snack, cocktails, karaoke and dancing. We enjoyed our time dancing some but we never got waited on the whole evening. If we wanted a drink, we had to go to the bar. If we wanted food we had to wander around and find someone to order from. Very unfortunate.

This is Gaylord’s dive bar. The staff are ignorant and pushy. This place has like five bouncers for a reason, but it's usually the bouncers causing the problems. 10 guys to every 1 girl. This place sucks and the manager has no control over his staff. If you like this kind of party suit yourself, but as for me they will never get another dime of my business

Place is amazing. However I gotta give it 4 stars instead of t because I asked before game 5 of the ALDS if the sound was going to be on for the game. I was assured it would.... but after coming back and asking multiple times for the sound it was not gonna happen.
