Customer service wasn’t great, walked away when I asked if this icecream was the amount I paid for. Any other mcdonalds I would get more hotfudge and icecream so don’t understand this but I would’ve been fine if the person at the window was nice which they were not. 2 older ladies btw the younger lady was the nice one. Glad I didn’t order fries though one of the ladies whole face was up in my bag weird.

Worst McDonald’s in the area by a long shot. Regularly get pulled ahead because they’re out of everything. Today was pulled ahead cuz of my 20 pc nuggets and spicy mcchicken. 15 minutes, literally 10 minutes in my car, thought they forgot about me so I went in only for some child to tell me it gets busy and it’s just the way it is. Nuggets take no more than 5 minutes in the fryer, I literally worked at a McDonald’s. 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 20 nugs is absolutely unacceptable and I’ll just be going to a normal restaurant from now on instead of this place because the only benefit of this place is speed and they can’t even get that right

Very unfortunate. Orders seem to constantly take a long time for completion. Only to be complimented by lack of correct items within your purchase. Except to wait over 20 min while dinning in.

Had to go back around to get hot salsa for burritos. Not good also, stop putting sports people on your drinks cost money to do that meanwhile I’m paying double what I paid in past.

This McDonald's always makes you pull ahead and wait for your order. If they're slammed busy, I can understand that. But when I'm the only car there?? The last time, I was the only person there, ordered on the app. Had 2 hamburgers, a big Mac, a double cheese burger, 2 fries and 2 shakes. I was the only customer and I was asked to pull forward and then waited 17 minutes for fries (they said) By the time they brought my food out, half of it was cold (including the fries) and my shakes that they had given to me at the window were half melted :(
