Their food is always delicious but their service is slipping BIG TIME. I’m normally not a complainer but, I truly hope they read this and try to make it better. We came and sat at a table for at least 20 minutes with no help, waitresses just standing around (It wasn’t very busy at all) and not a single one came to help us or ask if we had been helped. Every one of them looked right at us just kept walking. We eventually had to get up and leave because my daughter had work and we needed to have enough time to go someplace else. Like I said I truly enjoy your restraint so I hope you all get the service back on track.

There is no local restaurant that so consistently messes up orders and the classic Coney Island on N Genesee will never offer to fix their mistakes. Also the food is all greasy garbage. Stay away for the sake of your sanity.

Foods alright, a tad disapointed that they changed their fries from the battered ones to whatever they have now, but besides that, everything here is amazingServers are kind, foods good, overall a great place to stop in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Love this place. It's a go to for us for a good breakfast. Staff is great, decent seating options. They do fill up tho, especially on Sundays. I generally get a basic 2 egg, bacon, hashbrown breakfast. Always on point with the requested cook temps. BF loves the breakfast burrito, it's stuffed full and covered in gravy, a popular option I think.

Everything was good. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and the wait staff was good. The problem came when I took my daughter to the restroom and they threw away all our food. I wasn't done and my daughter had not started her food. As she is being potty trained, it is urgent we go when she indicates. The restroom took us less than 4 minutes and all our food was thrown out as we came to the table and I asked the busses what he was doing. I then had to take us both to another restaurant. They were not even busy, just absent in customer service. I'll never eat here again.
