Never again will I visit this location I watch A customer behind us return some Au jus sauce because it was not Very warm ( The woman stuck her finger in it that’s how she knew it was not warm) and the employee proceeded to take it to the back warm it up and stick it in another customers bag!! And I’m presuming she was the manager was not very friendly when I asked for a fresh fries because I waited over 10 minutes for a second order I had placed!!

They were short staffed today so I understand the longer wait times, my wife and I waited 10 minutes for our food and I’m perfectly fine with that. We didn’t complain or anything since we both have worked or are currently working in food service, but they gave us 2 coupons for free meals the next time we come in. We love Arby’s and this location is awesome. They take care of their customers and we will definitely be coming back.

The service was slow, the manager ignored me 3 times when I tried to ask for sauces and then I get home and my sandwich wasn’t in the bag. I have a large family so it wasn’t easy looking through the bags with the way they packed them. I called and when they answered no one responded, just a bunch of background noise. I tried for over half an hour to call back and got the busy signal every time after that. I work in the restaurant business and I can tell you it’s not very hard to read an order and put the correct food in the bag! And now I can’t even get a hold of them for a refund or future replacement. The store is over 10 minutes away so I don’t want to drive back just to get crap service again!
