I'll start with what disappointed us, the breakfast sausage they use for their sandwiches is as bland and tasteless as you can get, next time it's ham or bacon all the way. That said, the Northern Omelet and Southern Tradition sandwiches were otherwise good, hefty portions and freshly made, but we needed that pop of breakfast sausage to make it a 5 start.Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere made for a nice experience.

Love the food here, and the atmosphere! But I ordered a sandwich with the chicken salad on the side, and got hardly any chicken salad. Not worth the price if that how much you always get.

My experience at Big Apple Bagels was wonderful! A great staff with smiles on their faces, and great food. They have a good selection of not just bagels, but pastries, sandwiches, and salads. A wonderful interior with a fireplace and a few magazines. I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, and it was wonderful. It may a little pricey to some, but it was fine with me. I would suggest getting some extra napkins though. Alongside that, I got a mango smoothie, and that too was good, it had a nice refreshing mango taste to it that I loved. I would definitely come back, and suggest this place to others.

It’s always busy because it’s SOOO good. Coffee, food, all of it. Poor folks always seem short staffed, but they work SO hard and really hustle!! I hope they hire more people to help they seem really short staffed.

Amazing customer service and friendly cashier! One of the girls however didn't seem to be welcoming. I think her name is Thalia.
Not environmentally friendly.The whole point of asking for coffee in a personal cup is to cut down on paper waste… They refused to accommodate, stating that I could pour my order into my personal cup after they put it in the paper one.Damage to the planet lasts longer and affects more lives than any health-related risks one might experience from touching a clean, reusable cup.

Came in for the 1st time in a very long time today with the family. We were super impressed by the service, but also the low prices and high quality food!! Everything from sandwiches to bagels, cold or toasted, drinks, muffins, and so much more. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful inside. Much bigger dining area than one would expect from the size of the store front. It was such a treat and we will definitely come back!!!

The food was delicious as always. Prices were covered up on the menu board. Seems disorganized also. Asked for cips and was told they don't have anything like that then when I got home, there were bagel cups so that was totally cool.

The food tasted fine UNTIL I bit into two layers of plastic wrap in my lox sandwich. Staff said sorry and told me how it got in there. That is all.
