WOW!!! Logan, Sarah and Spencer are fantastic! I order with a routine custom twist with my order and this location has always has had excellent customer service! Jenison has even gone above and beyond for me with my order requests. I am recovering after surgery and this team has even walked with me and carried my order out for me to the car - even when icy out while I am on crutches. Great team- delicious food- great atmosphere- Jenison Boardwalk Subs is the best!

5 stars. The staff went above and beyond for my #13, a simple yet delicious ham, turkey and cheese. Don’t forget your toppings! (The secret is the herb de provance!). Everything was delicious and perfect and they made my day after a rough start. Such a great and friendly crew! Logan, Spencer and Addison made sure everything was correct and that I enjoyed my first experience here. This is an awesome place to eat!

Boardwalk subs is a must stop while in town visiting our son at school. Nothing better than the Italian sub, rogue of course! The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. Logan is the one who is usually making our sandwiches and his service is top notch! He is super friendly and always puts a smile on my face (along with the delicious food). Totally recommend stopping in, you wont regret it!
