My child ordered edible cookie dough. She got cookie dough flavored icecream. I did not notice on my payment because with tip I paid over $30. When I went back to the window the girl that worked there offered to give us edible cookie dough with extra charge. It was not my fault that she did not hear me well. She sould have asked me to repeat when I was ordering, if she did not hear well. Poor customer service!

Took forever to open. Waited for 20 minutes just to find out the hours online are wrong. Nice people but they need to communicate their hours better.

Frosty Treat is not what is used to be! This used to be the best ice cream place in the Hudsonville/Grandville area.Three flurries ordered, all three made incorrectly. Two remade incorrectly and almost no candy? This will be our last visit here.
