The ice cream was amazing, but the service is what took this visit over the top. Shayla(sp?) was the most amazing server I think we’ve ever had. She was kind, polite, engaging and professional. Each one of my family she talked to she addressed and made eye contact with and confirmed their order. If she isn’t going for a management position, she should.

Our frozen treats were delicious but I was most impressed with the customer service. Shayla took our orders with a huge smile, and interacted with the children in our party, bending down & giving her full attention to make sure she heard their requests correctly. So many people don’t acknowledge children or treat them with value and respect. We were very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. ❤️
