They only put 2 pieces of roast beef on the big john. For 8 dollars. Never again.

I'm huge on words and wit. Reading the signs all over the walls could've kept me entertained for a long time. My wrap was a little too saucy but delicious nonetheless.

Was waiting in my car for an online order, watched as all employees were just sitting on their phones, the manager not even noticing the sitting receipt on their printer. Let it go for a song worth and had to head inside and call them out that I was waiting for an order.. I mean I get it it’s just a bunch of teens working second shift but for the manager to not be doing his job is a whole nother thing. I shouldn’t have to wait for some incredibly slow pickup service.. should’ve jus got freaky fast delivery

Great customer service, clean dinning area! Tried the pickle wedge was really good but very small for the price. It could really use a good sauce like a chipotle mayo to dip it in!
This location always gets my order wrong. I am constantly disappointed and I love JJ. I finally had to write a review for this location because today just pushed me over the edge. I am 9 months pregnant and was so hungry .... I said turkey Tom and they gave me a little john. On top of that, there was mold on my bread. What in the world?! Usually they don't know what jimmy it up means or forget to add cheese but today was different. I am 100% disappointed.

Ordered online and got our food pretty quickly after arriving. It's nice that there's a drive-thru so it makes it a very quick experience. The food was delicious as you would expect from Jimmy John's.

This is a $10 wrap. I brought it back and said it looked kind of pathetic. Me thinking they would see there is next to no meat or veggies. Basically cheese, sauce and tortilla. So they made me another wrap. The exact same way. So I figured out, that is how the wraps are supposed to look. The workers have portion control standards. I apologize for thinking that serving size ingredients were supposed to be included in my meal.
