This McDonald's is next to my work and it used to be good. Now it's literally missing food and the service is sucking. Last time I was there they took more than 3 peoples orders from the other lane and still didn't take my order. They also didn't give me my order.

I told the guy only mayo 3 times and he blatantly ignored me. Then when I got to the front window the guy who handed me my food said yea it’s only mayo when I checked with him. I pulled of had to completely turn around because it wasn’t what I asked 4 times.

I don't normally have issues with their food. The food is usually good and the staff is always friendly. But i went there for dinner the other day. With my dinner I ordered 2 apple pies. When I took a bite of my pie it tasted like it's been sitting out all day. It was nasty! I looked on the sticker for the time on the pies and they were for the AM. It was already 4pm. When i called they did apologize and they sounded like they meant it. But they said the sticker couldn't be right it must have been an error. But I don't know they tasted like they've been sitting out for hours. I was really bummed I really wanted those apple pies. I hope they start checking those. I wouldn't wish thoes pies on my enemies. Those were nasty.

Holly was extremely disrespectful, I was talking to her about my issue with the app not pushing my order through and she just rudely walked away from me and my friend who both were having issues.
Manager Makayla was AMAZING!!!! She had incredible friendly service, was quick, efficient, and ready to assist with any issue. Truly made our experience.
