placed a curbside order, only for curbside to be closed. app tells me to find a crew member, it takes a while before anyone comes up front and then they try and make it seem like my fault saying my order was placed thru drive thru. Then they gave me medium fries instead of large. Took my money and time

So I think in a regular situation people would say one star but the disaster made us laugh so hard it made a better experience. We ordered a cheeseburger with toppings. We got the bun cheese and toppings no meat patty. We got back in line. Talked to the guy at the first window he apologized and said they would have a new one for us at the next window. We wait a long time and finally get to the second window. The lady hands me the bag and I start to pull away. My son opens the bag and no burger at all just an order of fries lol my son almost cried from laughter. He wanted me to go back a third time to see what kind of surprise we would get this time but I couldn’t wait in the line again. Thanks for the fun surprises it was exciting.

I gave this particular McDonald's 5-stars just because of the cleanliness and service. It is still a McDonald's so the food and atmosphere are relatively the same as everywhere. One of the better McDonald's experience I have had.

This McDonald's is next to my work and it used to be good. Now it's literally missing food and the service is sucking. Last time I was there they took more than 3 peoples orders from the other lane and still didn't take my order. They also didn't give me my order.

I told the guy only mayo 3 times and he blatantly ignored me. Then when I got to the front window the guy who handed me my food said yea it’s only mayo when I checked with him. I pulled of had to completely turn around because it wasn’t what I asked 4 times.
