My first time EVER ordering pizza from here. I was told half hour and I took 40 min to pick up. When I arrived the box was on a metal shelf (hot) and I questioned it and felt in my gut it wouldn’t be hot still since not in a warming spot. She grabbed the box felt the bottom said it’s hot and placed it back on the shelf. I paid and she handed it to me. I walked out and felt bottom and it was NOT hot!!!! Drove 1.4 miles and we all ate it and all said it was cold pizza Very disappointed and won’t be back

Wonderful pizza and subs in Hudsonville. Thin crust pizzas; one with pickles is different but good, if you’re looking to try something new and like pickles. Also just classic cheese and toasted Italian sub are yummy.

Love palermo pizza. Food is always good and staff very friendly
Take out only, pizza soggy, for over 30$ could have been baked longer, little bit more ham and olives on the pie. The sauce was delicious fair amount of cheese.

Palermo in Jenison is our go to for local pizza. The only thing I would change is online ordering is basic and it is not easy to make adjustments to their pizza toppings. But we order weekly.
