Peppino's Pizzeria & Sports Grille of Jenison

First time trying lunch buffet. Salad was very good, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, a few large cucumber slices, 4 dressings, cheese and croutons. There were warm breadsticks with marinara, two pasta offerings (Alfredo chicken was delicious) chicken and large ribs. The pizza (4-5 to choose from) was hot and very good. We sat in the back close to the buffet. Service was excellent! We will definitely come again.

Great lunch today. I had the breakfast burrito, my daughter the grilled cheese and my husband a 10 inch pizza. Service by Nina was excellent!

I had reservations for Mother's Day Brunch Buffet. They did have a table ready, but it was a high top table, I specifically requested a regular table for my handicapped Mother. They couldn't/wouldn't accommodate us on that. The buffet food was quite dried out and most items were not getting restocked promptly. Had to ask for more plates. The “prime rib” was some grisly roast beef smothered in gravy. Was disappointed in the food and service. I sat with my dirty plate in front of me for the entire time I sat there.

I believe this was the first time I've gotten a pasta dish at Peppino's, and it will not be the last. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the marinara sauce was some of the best I've had anywhere. Add the very good meatballs to top it off. Great service, too, as usual.

Peppinos is a great spot to watch a game. The food and drinks are always consistent and enjoyable.

The food was good as expected. However, the service was very slow. It took over 20 minutes from ordering wine to receiving it. We were there for just about an hour waiting for our food The server was barely around checking on us, and it was not very busy. Many open tables.

Appreciated that we were seated right away per our reservation. Service was good. We were eating before an event and easily made it there on time—a relief, as we weren't so lucky at a downtown restaurant before a concert earlier this week. Peppino's never lets us down!

Can't say enough great things about this establishment. Food is always phenomenal, the staff are super friendly and prompt, and the owners are some of the absolute best!
