Horrible! The Romain lettuce had a lot of brown on it, which indicates BAD! Waitress was sweeping and sliding the chairs...lots a noise. Will not go there again.

Nasty kickin chicken salad. They used to grill the chicken …now it’s like that disgusting Tyson seasoned chicken. Yuck.??

I have went to Peppinos the last few times it’s been “hit or miss” today I ordered a take out pizza for pick up with crispy cup pepperoni and fresh mushrooms with the vodka sauce. (I’ve had before and it was very good in the restaurant) tonight I got it home and was excited to have a piece of what I thought it would be a great tasting like in the restaurant. No luck! Tonight was a definite miss! The pizza was dry and flavorless - dull no taste - very disappointing - tonight I picked up the order I did look at the pizza before I left the shop by opening the box to see if I got the correct pizza however never imagined it to be without sauce so didn’t know it was dry until I got home I went to dig in biting into the pizza and was like hey it’s without any sauce!! I looked sure enough no sauce! I thought should I call? I called introduced myself and said Im sorry but I think that whoever made the pizza forgot to put the sauce on it. The person said I made it myself and I put sauce on it. I said well no it don’t seem like it has sauce to me if there was any put on it it’s not there now. The person said okay thanks I’ll remember that and take it into consideration the next time I make a pizza.

I’m not sure who’s managing the take out side of this location, but they need to be fired. The quality of service has drastically declined over the past half year. I was in there picking up an order tonight, and witnessed the staff offer a patron a completely burned to a crisp sub while saying it was “a bit well done”, saw them give the wrong order to two separate customers. I waited for almost 5 minutes as I watched my food get cold on the rack as I tried to get the staffs attention.

I understand that football season is the busiest it gets for pizza shops, but there was no excuse for this
