We recently got takeout from here for the first time. Everything was very good. We tried the sesame chicken, the noodles, the general tso’s chicken, and crab rangoon. We liked all the vegetables that came with the chicken. Great portion sizes and good prices.
Excellent food & great customer experience. The owner & his family are so genuine. We have been regular customers for over a decade. Highly recommend!

Visiting Jenison this weekend, and had a hankering for some fried rice to go with a shrimp & vegetable stir fry that I made on our Blackstone at the campground. I have to say I was skeptical at first, but their House Special Fried Rice was excellent. I have not had a Fried Rice this good since my days in NewYorkCity. I called them at the location tonight and let the staff know what a solid job they did on our meal. Give them a try!

I was hoping this was a hidden gem despite the terrible appearance. Boy was I wrong. The breaded chicken dishes are clearly made with frozen chicken "nuggets" of the lowest quality. My kids tried to eat it, but they couldn't stand it. My Hunan chicken was undercooked, which is likely why I got sick almost immediately after eating the food. You're better off eating Panda Express, which is not a very high bar. I was hoping to support another local place, but it's not worth the risk of getting sick.

Good food, inexpensive but it can get crazy busy on weekends, so be warned. I waited 1.5 hours one Friday for 2 orders of beef & broccoli , yeah, that's a way too long, I almost cancelled.
Food quality has gone down. Lack of fresh vegetables in the dishes, beef is chewy, frozen nuggets used for the sesame(less) chicken. Rice and noodles overcooked while vegetables undercooked. Lobby is falling apart and dingy. You do get a lot of food for minimal cost, but I'd rather they up the prices a little to bring back qualty ingredients. Egg rolls still good though and staff was very kind.

It's not authentic Chinese food, but it's freshly stir fried to order and it hits the spot. The chef accommodates most requests really well, which I truly appreciate! I've had the Beef Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons and Pork Dumplings (both ways, steamed and fried). All of which, I recommend. My husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken, but was disappointed because he wanted the veggies and pineapple typically associated with S&W Chicken. It was just the breaded and fried chicken with S&W sauce on the side. My younger brother has really enjoyed the General Tso's Chicken and continues to order it every time. My mom loves the shrimp lo mein and continues to order that...she mentioned they do give a decent amount of shrimp. I'm so glad Jenison has this place and has supported it for decades.
Dietary restrictions: Thankfully, the chef does accommodate dietary requests and does a great job! Amazingly, he can cook things without soy and sugar since I'm allergic to soy and I dislike sugar in my savory...which is classic and are staples in most Asian Cuisines.
