I didn’t share photos of the main food and drink counter or the deli fridge with take-away sandwiches and ingredients for charcuterie. A great place to get special ingredients to make your home cooked meal special as well as to grab a delicious quiche or ready made breakfast sandwich and warm drink. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We ordered food for a company strategic planning meeting. Delicious quiches, lovely scones and delectable chocolate chip cookies. We also love to stop in for a coffee and we buy the Joshua Tree espresso beans for home grinding . Cute gifts and picnic essentials . It’s so welcoming!

Wonderful shop! The service is unparalleled and the food is spectacular. Run, don't walk to get your next breakfast or lunch here. Stands above the crowd in the crowded food scene in Glen Arbor. And don't forget to say hi to Corrine, the proprietor. She will always greet you with a smile and talk your ear off.

They were out of vegetarian sandwiches when we got there in the afternoon. So they created some for us using: fennel bread, goat cheese, grated carrots, sliced cucumbers with a touch of cherry preserve. They were very nummy! Thank you!

They have grab and go sandwiches that contain cheese. Husband is lactose intolerant tolerant so we asked if they could make a sandwich without cheese, and they agreed (a bit reluctantly it seemed). The woman who agreed to make the sandwich was, at the time, using her bare hands to place raw bacon on a baking sheet. She wiped her hands on her apron and made the sandwich without washing her hands. I should have said, “nevermind,” and walked out, but I was afraid of creating a scene. We paid for the sandwich ($16) and threw it straight into the trash, then got sandwiches at a deli down the street.

Bit into my sandwich and noticed the bread was moldy. Other sandwiches had no flavor and hardly anything on them to justify a $16 price. My family did not enjoy anything we bought. Waste of a lot of money. A few blocks down we saw a sandwich of theirs in the garbage can with one bite out of it, so obviously someone else didn’t enjoy it either. Do not recommend.

Great customer service, delicious macaroons , and a variety of cold cheeses and salami. Will definitely be back to try to the to-go options

A beautiful little shop with fantastic sandwiches, pastries, coffee, and people. The kind folks that run the place will make you feel right at home and very welcome in Glen Arbor. And there’s a beautiful shaded seating area in the back garden if you want to eat here, or you can take your stuff to go for your day of adventure. The dill chicken salad sandwich is unreal. A wonderful place!!

Lovely little cafe with shop. There are prepared sandwiches that are clearly freshly made in house and taste excellent, with a little more creativity than usual. I had the dill chicken salad with red grapes on croissant and loved it. The latte was very good too.

I’ve eaten here a few times before going hiking at the sleeping bear dunes. It’s solid, not always the fastest, but everyone working is friendly. Would be nice to have more sandwich options but my breakfast sandwich did the job!

This is a cute shop! Lots of food related items and fresh baked goods. We got a brownie and a pecan bar. So delicious! This is definitely worth a stop!
