I actually really like this place, but nothing really frustrates me more than when online listed hours aren't your actual hours. Online says open everyday til 4. They are not. They close at 3pm... considering a lot of people drive a ways to get here, you should probably have your ACTUAL hours listed online so people aren't wasting time and gas.

Great spot for sandwiches! The sandwiches were very large and made fresh.

Waited 20 minutes after ordering and then they told me they forgot to put my tag on the line. Waited another 10 minutes… horrible experience and wasted an hour of my time

Once we got our food, they did not apologize or say anything at all. They wouldn’t even look at us. Completely rude and disrespectful.

Tasty sandwiches with quality ingredients, friendly helpful service, and after a bad experience witnessing unclean food handling practices down the street, I was relieved to see the young woman making our food wearing gloves while the one who took our order washed her hands multiple times while we were there.

4 adults on a Sunday afternoon in July. Quick and friendly service. Delicious food. The Tel Aviv turkey sandwich (half order was huge), sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and lox, baklava and oatmeal raisin cookie were all wonderful and filling. Simple deli atmosphere with several four seat tables. Will definitely return.

We ordered ahead as suggested by the staff when I stopped in the day prior. When I went to pick up my order I had to wait in line for 20 minutes as people placed their orders ahead of me, knowing full well my order was ready. I could actually see it. Such an inefficient process. I wish I could say it was worth it but the sandwiches were mediocre.

Great everything! We ordered a couple of sandwiches to pack with us for our kayak trip that hit the spot when needed & breakfast…yum!! The only thing missing was coffee. They do provide self serve drip, so as long as you are a straight up coffee drinker you are good! L’Chayim!

10am on July 4th and while the line at the coffee shop across the street darn near wrapped around the building this quality little place got us in and out in less than 20. Awesome bagel sandwiches. Awesome prices.

They make really good bagels 🥯 although on my last visit I went for a serving of grape leaves, hummus and egg salad without any bread. One of the more reasonable places in Glen Arbor to eat.

Great classic bagels. Soft yet chewy, more dense but not like a brick. Good cream cheese shmear and nice sandwiches as well as pastries. So glad we have a genuine bagel place to go to instead of a fake chain bagel stop.

Delicious sandwiches with good prices, served in weird saran wrap though.

Wish I could give a better review, but all three of our bagels were made wrong. We were already on the road when we realized the mistake. I also specifically asked for water that wouldn’t spill in the car and the girl looked completely clueless. After paying, I turned around and saw the cooler with water. I regret tipping, I really wonder what the tip was for?!

Excellent sandwiches but out of all bagels at 12 noon. A little slow in making but really good and worth the wait.
