The ice cream tasted amazing!! Prices were alittle high, but servings are generous.
Good place to stop for ice cream. $5.50 for a baby cone this size is a good deal to me. Recommend the rush hour hand dipped. A couple of young people running it, but did pretty good.
You advertise you’re open till 9:00pm. Our family got there at 8:40, 1 person ahead, then was told they were closed. Second time this happened to us. Never again giving you my business. Good luck in the future terrible service
Zero customer service. Go across the street for a business that stays open until it’s posted hours, keeps its counters clean, cares about its customers and does not treat being a business like a favor to the tourists trying to patronize the community. We arrived before 8:45 and were told they were closed even though they were supposed to be open until 9. It would be nice if they did not only accept cash and were actually willing to pay taxes like the rest of us.
I will admit that I did not have the one "non-dairy" option, but the staff was very unfriendly and did not seem to know what vegan is. My family who are vegetarian found the ice cream to be fine Updated from previous review on 2025-06-26
Heard this place gives very generous portions. Got a two scoop cookie dough on a waffle cone and this is what it was. Pretty generous. Staff was nice though. $16 for two double scoop waffle cones. 🤷
The Wednesday night late shift was not only happy to scoop us ice-cream, but take song requests!
Amazing!! Come please!!
Ice cream was delicious, had a good variety. Glass was very dirty, didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile. Floors were dirty also. However a worker came and swept while we were sitting. Need to pay more attention to cleaning up throughout the day.

food was good but the place where the food was made was dirty and food was overpriced. i went back up for a bottle of water and it was 2.50. i understand if it was for bottled water which is what the sign said it was, even though i clearly saw the water come from the soda fountain. but still, 2.50? heck nah

There were two dairy free options- a raspberry sorbet and cookie butter. We had a cookie butter and it was so good!
The best ice cream ever.

Arrived at 8:55 pm. Their hours say they close at 9 pm. Was turned away because i guess they just felt like closing early to stand around and twiddle their thumbs. It’s a scoop of icecream, c’mon man. Beware, this is not an honest business.

Great ice cream and worth a visit (or two or three), but make sure you bring cash and DO NOT cut it close to closing time. The line gets long in the evening and they will typically hand out a “Closed” sign for the last person in line to hold around 10-20 min before the posted closing time. You could show up at 8:50 on a night they’re open until 9pm and find someone already holding the sign. They usually do not serve anyone in line after that sign, so don’t bother trying your luck if you see it. Instead, comfort your crying kids and hustle over to the market across the street to buy a pint of ice cream before they lock you out as well!!! Then, give it a try at the Pine Cone tomorrow and don’t wait so darn late this time! When you make it to the window, order a Michigan Pot Hole or a Bourbon Trail in a waffle cone. You won’t be disappointed!

$8.50 for a small cone. I left and went to IGA and bought a half gallon ice cream for less.
