Hands down the best meat and food truck around by a long shot. All the meats are smoked to perfection with great flavor and great sauce to go along. You cannot go wrong with the sides either. Top notch customer service is the cherry on top.

I coordinated a wedding this weekend with James and his assistant managing the catering. He had great communication leading up to the wedding day and he was very flexible if we had to move the wedding inside because of the storms, which would have taken over his food table area. The two men were very polite and professional all night long. The meal was hot and fresh for us all and I heard so many compliments specifically about the Mac n Cheese!! Would recommend for a wedding dinner to any bride and groom looking!!

Outside of the delicious food, they are wonderful people! One of our family members was craving ribs before a life changing adventure and they delivered! A miscommunication happened and they went above and beyond to make it right and boy did they DELIVER! Words can't describe how happy we are with the service, food and good conscience of the owners. We just used Pigs Head BBQ for a graduation open house. James was easy to communicate with, helped us figured out portions needed and dropped off our food for our event. All.our guests loved the food- lots of compliments!! The chafers and serving dishes were high quality for disposable/lightly reusable. We can't say enough great things. Our menu included: pulled pork, brisket, smokey links, mac & cheese, cheesy potatoes, coleslaw and honey butter cornbread. All amazing!!

We were lucky enough to taste test everything on the menu in preparation for a friends wedding and WOW the food was incredible. Our favorites were the cheesy potatoes, brisket and the candied pork belly but everything was amazing. The owner James was very nice and gave us a great rundown on everything, two days later we are just finishing up the leftovers. Thank you for a great meal James and team!
