I’m pretty disappointed in the quality of the food the past few months. I paid $10 for this sausage sub. There is hardly any sausage on it. Actually there are more banana peppers (a free add on) than anything. The sub was also very soggy due to it not being toasted long enough. Their subs used to be filled with meat, they were toasted long enough and they were worth paying $10 for. But after the last few times I’ve ordered I don’t think I will continue to go back there..

Every time I eat here something is burnt lol I order a sub today that comes with tomato's and I went to pick it up and she said sorry the tomato’s were bad and couldn’t put any on it lol she had already made the sub and didn’t even ask me if I still wanted it....

Terrible customer service tonight... yes they discounted pizza “for the trouble” which was nice, but not at all enough to make up for what the pizza cooker lady said. I don’t care how busy you are, it’s NEVER ok to openly yell at a customer or about a customer in front of ANYONE. (And the manager just sat there and watched it without saying a thing to her!!!) Then to top it off the pizza was over half an hour late, wrong, and not very good. We will go to Pierson trading post from now on.

The older lady is very rude and disrespectful. I ordered food 3 subs and was told 55 min. When I got there it took 20 min to even be spoken to. Just to be told my order was not ready. Then told to hurry up and tell them if I still wanted my food. After being treated like that it would be another hour I chose not to wait.

just bought a sub. they used to put the added items such as onions,mushrooms olives in when toasted. this time the raw items were just piled in the middle after it came out of the oven. maybe go back to how they used to be served? very disappointed.

Ordered 5 subs and a wrap tonight, and the customer service was horrible. Didn't used to have bad service ever before. Also vegetables were brown and wilted. She acted as if nothing was wrong with the attitude she gave us as soon as she answered the phone ahnds took our orders. Used to be an avid customer. Will not be anymore. Bad service.
