I ordered takeout and they forgot some of the items that came with meal. I ordered a salad and the steak parmesean shrimp meal. When I got home the shrimp and the cheese was missing off the steak. I stay to far to bring it back. I haven't had Applebee's in years and this is very disappointing.

Ahhh, Applebees! My mom got a steak she was very happy with and I got some stuff off the appetizer meaning that’s enough to fill me up. I also had this Christmas adult beverage that was very good. We love Applebees, we’ll definitely be back! Always clean and nice staff too.

My husband and I were in town for a tournament. The tournament finished late and we wanted food close to our hotel. We chose Applebees. Laci, our waitress was very kind but unfortunately our food left us disappointed. We ordered our meals with fries and fries were not hot but were cold and soggy. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was not great. My husband ordered chicken tenders and a side of Mac and cheese to replace his coleslaw and they didn't bring it out with his meal. We let our waitress know but he didn't get the Mac and cheese until about 30 minutes later when we were both done with our meals. When the Mac and cheese was brought to our table it was cold and lacking sauce. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in our food and wish we had food that left us feeling full. We won't be revisiting.

I order here to go and the food was terrible. I reach out to the corporate and the owner follow up with me and was t very helpful at all. If I ever catch this lady in person it’s over. Stop playing with people. Talk real greasy over the phone then in person I’m sure it will be a different t story no threat but a promise

Rarely go to Applebee's because i am not a huge fan. Stopped for lunch today and got the grillcheese burger. It was great and the doing sauce was awesome. What was even better was to finally have good service. My ticket says that kadajah was my waitress. I was shamefully getting off a phone call when she introduced herself, so i assume that is correct. She was great, ready to order, redilling drinks, explaining the bill(which was not that we did not understand but used up an old gift card i had) It was seriously a breath of fresh air to have her, kind, nice appearance, extremely polite. If you go this Applebee's i would ask for her if you just want good service!!

Stopped in for lunch had not been here for years
Our waitress was very nice and checked on us several times. But…….
The food was straight garbage. The chicken tenders were all breading, and they were very hard. Look at the size of the tenders as compared to the fries. So not only are the tenders inedible, 7 of them equal maybe 2.5 tenders anywhere else. The fries were hot but tasted like the oil was weeks old that they were cooked in.
The appetizer platter was not very good either. The boneless chicken nuggets were boneless breading chunks, not much chicken inside. The cheese sticks were tasteless except for the old oil flavor, the spinach dip was so thick and seemed like it had been refrigerated for several days.
Not sure how this place stays in business. If the dollar store had food to sell, this food is worse.
Again the waitress was wonderful, but the food was horrible.
Suggest going anywhere else.
