I paid for my pick-up at this location yesterday, but I discovered today that the curbside worker had added additional gratuity and falsified my identity on the receipt. After using pick-up ordering, please verify your bank account, people. "The girl has worked here for 6 years," he said in a very impolite and disrespectful manner when I called the manager. "I don't care if she worked here for 6 minutes." Forging a name and adding it for your own benefit is dreadful. I have made a report with Grand Blac Pd, called the Cooperate line, and contacted my bank regarding a dispute.
Just want to write this review so everyone is aware and doesn’t end up in the same situation as me.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The hostess is racist. He only talked to the white people but when me and my party came in he didn't even greet us and didn't even bother to ask us table or booth. He just grabbed the menu sat them down and walked away. Then had the nerve to go back to his area and flirt with his coworker instead of seating people. But as soon as more white people came in then he was suddenly the best hostess ever. I thought we were over the racism in our country but I guess we're not but the food was great. And our server was mediocre she could have been better.

The food was absolutely amazing. Service was quick considering how many people were filled inside. Was very busy! Waitress was kind and Quick but I cannot recall her name.
The waitress was delightful and did her best to please us. Especially after they got the order wrong . Then the steak was rare when I ordered a medium so I had to wait for them to re cook it. In the end my food was served 30 minutes late but the manager didn't charge us for my meal. I actually was the one that told the waitress to tell the manager I was not paying for it. Whether he would have not charged us .I'm just glad it all worked out in the end

Certainly one of the better Applebee's I've been to. Our food was cooked perfectly, brought out fast, and we had one of the most attentive waitresses. She was super friendly and still refilled our drinks, even after having paid and chatting for over half an hour.

We had a large party (20 people) with lots of kids, our waitress Lilian did a phenomenal job at being patient with the kids, getting our orders, and splitting the bill (which was complicated with everyone on the same bills sitting in different areas). Her service made our experience!! Thanks Lilian!

This was only my 3rd time at Applebee's, after the first 2 were absolutely horrible. (Jackson, mi location) From the host to our server to all other employees were friendly. Our server Shophia was just awesome. And very help with a couple questions we had as we are from out of town.

Just had the worst experience I have ever had. Our waitress was amazing checked on us frequently made sure our meal was everything we wanted. We said my drink was made with to much sour so I spoke with the bar tender and she blamed the waitress for making a bad drink? Not sure how someone that delivers the order made it incorrectly. So it was remade the way it was supposed to be made due to the bartender had to read off a cheat sheet to make a long Island correctly. Then I asked to speak with the manager that still since I have been eating has not made any rounds to any guests to see how there time at the location was doing he was just sitting in the back or not to be seen blaming and belittling his staff. Then our waitress comes back almost in tears because the managers said it's not working out for her at the position? So the bartender makes a mistake and the manager can't take responsibility for faulty training. Management is supposed to correct and uplift and help and create a positive atmosphere not fire and yap orders. This manager Bart needs to be reprimanded and held accountable and our waitress needs to be complimented and praised. She was energetic happy and ready to take on the world until this manager stepped in. If Applebee's corporation would like to contact me i would gladly give them my opinion on there incompetent manager Bart.
