So I have a bunch of “make it right” cards because I have had nothing but bad luck with Arby’s but I do love their food! I go to try to use one of my make it right cards at this location and they denied it and claimed it was fake! I can’t make this up lol after reading other reviews about this place I can safely say I won’t be back. And as soon as I burn through these cards I will be done with my beloved Arby’s! Also I started with 15 of these cards and have never had them denied.

Went through the drive thru only wanting their new shake and they claimed they were "out of shake mix" while I was watching them unload the truck. They weren't closing for another 30 minutes.
Used the drive-through on Monday night about 8 o’clock. Very refreshing to see nice and polite people working there. The guy who brought my food out to the car, had a good sense of humor. He double checked my order to make sure everything was OK. Good

Ordered 2 Beef n' Cheddar along with a Cheesey Tots and requested Arby's sauce, but only rec'd 2 of the tiny packs!Been quite awhile since I've visited Arby's, but I was craving it and very much looking forward to it.Is this the limit on sauces now? You only get one per sandwich, and you're screwed if you'd like to dip something else?Sad. ??♀️
